Brand new custom home with traditional exterior and light modern interior. Private retreat with 75 acres of undeveloped land surrounding. Four king bedrooms with private baths, and one bunk room with four full size beds and a bath. Bunk room sleeps eight. Chef's kitchen and lovely great room for relaxing by the fire. Serene hot tub tucked in to the forest entrance. Outdoor living space with lounge area, dining table, BBQ, and fire pit. Perfect location for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay.
Suncadia is a great place to relax, play a round of golf at one of two nationally ranked golf courses, enjoy the miles of walking and biking paths, fish in the nationally ranked Yakima River, and endless other activities.
** This rental does not include use of the Suncadia Swim and Fitness Center or the Nelson Farm Pool. You will not be charged a daily resort fee of $75-100 **
