About this property

Apartment with terrace and sea view - perfect for families

For rent is the "Casa ALVI" a nice, individually furnished, quiet apartment with terrace and sea view about 100 km south of Barcelona.

THE LOCATION:
In addition to kilometers of white sandy beaches, Salou also offers a family-friendly entertainment program and an incredible number of leisure and entertainment options (see also Internet getyourguide. De) (Port Aventura)
There are numerous restaurants, extensive shopping opportunities and an interesting nightlife.
Although the apartment is only a few kilometers away from Salou and there is a lively bus connection to the surrounding towns and to Bacelona, Tarragona, Reus, Tortosa, Ebru Delta, (historical city centers, art and culture, landscape conservation area etc.), it is very quiet - Directly by the sea in a pretty and well-kept apartment complex in the cliffs of "Cap Salou". Of course there is also a swimming pool on the complex. Secure parking spaces are free of charge for residents.
Several bays are only a few minutes' walk away (see photos). There are also shops, restaurants and entertainment here.

THE APARTMENT
is 50 square meters and has a terrace with another 12 square meters.
The living room with dining area is very spacious and furnished in a Spanish style. A sleeping / sitting area is integrated here. There is also a separate bedroom with a spacious closet and another storage room incl. Safe.
There is a shower cabin in the bathroom. You don't have to do anything in the fitted kitchen.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2017 and is well equipped with:
- 2 double beds with new mattresses each 1.40mx 2m
- WiFi connection
- TV (70-inch) with the common (German) TV channels (Spanish, French, English)
- Stereo system (with CD, mp3, USB and Bluetooth connection)
- There is a ceiling fan in every room
- washing machine, hairdryer, iron

The kitchen includes:
- large fridge with separate freezer compartment
- Stove / oven, microwave, toaster
- coffee machine, espresso machine, kettle etc.

Bed linen, towels and beach towels are available and can be used for a small fee, otherwise please bring them.
The final cleaning is to be carried out independently. You also have the option of having the cleaning carried out by a cleaner for an extra charge of 50 euros.

Bel appartement bien placé dans la résidence proche de la piscine et du parking,avec bonus vu sur la mer . Résidence très bien entretenu par un super jardinier ! Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire. Appartement propre et très bien équipé. Petit bémol , il n y a pas la climatisation ! Nous avons passés un très bon séjour à la Casa Alvi !

Wir haben die 2 Wochen in der 'Casa Alvi' sehr genossen. Der Check-in war unkompliziert, Nathali war bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Der nahegelegene Küstenwanderweg ist ein Traum, sowie auch die zahlreichen Strände und Buchten.

Great time after a terrible check in
The house is located in a a very nice area. The pool is small but clean, many restaurants and supermarkets are in walking distance. Also the cliffs and beaches are wonderful and are very near. We had a great time! Only the check in experience was very disappointing. In the instructions there was no mention of an electronic fence with a code, the number of the apartment was not listed and with over 50 apartments in the complex it was impossible to know which one was hours. Also the host was not reachable the morning we were checking in. So we had to wait several hours before finally gaining access to the place after a long journey. Make sure you have all these details ahead of your trip as they are not listed in the check in instructions!

Appartement confortable et très bien équipé
Appartement situé dans une résidence calme avec jolie piscine privée collective juste à côté, nous avons apprécié car les enfants pouvaient jouer librement sans être loin de nous. L'appartement est très bien équipé (avec plus que ce qu'il ne faut : parasols, barbecue, sacs de courses, raquettes de ping pong, outils....), les lits sont confortables. Accès à la plage depuis un portillon, les autres plages du cap sont à quelques minutes à pied. Commerces et restaurants accessibles à pied. Salou est plus loin en revanche. Parking assez petit mais on trouve de la place facilement dans la rue. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour chez Nathali et nous pourrions sans doute y revenir l'été prochain ! Merci Nathali !

Wir hatten einen schönen ruhigen Aufenthalt in der Anlage und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. .Das Arpartment hat uns gut gefallen. Es war alles vorhanden was man zum täglichen Leben benötigt.Auch unser Hund hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.🤗

Séjour en famille agréable, Bien pour 4 personnes maximum. équipements fonctionnels, confort du logement. Parking petit ne permettant pas de toujours trouver un stationnement. Proximité de différentes plages, et sinon vous pouvez plonger dans la piscine de la résidence, 😎👍

Tolle Lage, rundherum alles was man braucht, für einen schönen Urlaub!
Das Objekt war sehr schön, es war sauber, super Meerblick, kleiner Pool, es hatte alles, was man zum täglichen Bedarf braucht, einziger Minuspunkt war, das nach dem Duschen meistens das Bad unter Wasser gestanden hat, aber sonst war alles super!

Interesting Apartment ideal for a couple looking for a quiet place to stay. I wouldnt recommend any one going there with out transport. Because of the time of year the shops and restaurants were all closed so you need a car to get to the nearest super market that was in La Pineda 2 miles away. If you like walking for exercise stay in Cap de Salou the path across the headline offers excellent views .
