Comfort is key when booking this 2 bedroom/2 full bathroom apartment, serviced with a full kitchen, laundry room and relaxing living room area. After business hours this building is accessible only by your access key assuring you get a good night's rest knowing you're safe & secure.
Be our guest and enjoy several onsite amenities such as access to the beautiful clubhouse where you can shoot pool, watch TV or just relax. Not to mention that the 1st floor has several businesses to patronize, including barbershops/beauty shops, massage therapist, web designers, photographers and a delicious smoothie shop! Our guest also can enjoy an evening on the roof top which overlooks Downtown Louisville and is equipped with a grill, cornhole boards and more. Being close to several venues, this location is perfect for serving as a Bride/Groom Suite, as The Refinery is just a few steps away.
We highly recommend getting out and enjoying all the local restaurants, parks, museum in nearby the downtown Jeffersonville & Louisville areas. How about we have even thrown in 2 bicycles for you to use at your leisure to explore all the areas around or to travel along the bike trail! Whether you are staying just for a weekend or for an extended amount of time, you couldn't book a better location!

My Clarksville Indiana Stay

The property was phenomenal and Ashlee was a great host. She was very helpful from the moment I booked all the way through my checkout process. The unit was extremely clean and spacious. The amenities were great too. We never la led anything during our stay. Next time I go back to Louisville… I’m definitely reaching out to Ashlee and booking again.

Great place, close to KY expo center

Nice apartment with great building amenities. We were driving daily to Louisville (only 15 mins) and loved the options to also check out IN during our 4 day stay. Highly recommend.

Great Spot

Very clean and modern; had all that we needed for the weekend. Quick drive into Louisville for downtown and to campus for parents weekend. Hosts were easy to work with and we definitely would book again here. Thanks!

Perfect Stay

Just as described, furnishings are nicer than the pictures! The apartment was Very modern and spacious, the area seems to going thru revitalization and was super nice and clean. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Nice location to Louisville without having to pay pesky tolls as well!

Beautiful, Comfy, and Secure!

The host did a fantastic job making sure the room was spotless before we entered. I love that both rooms have their own bathrooms and I admire the view outside! I will say getting the room keys was a bit confusing, but the hotel just takes security very seriously. Would stay again!

Absolutely the Best Place To Stay!

***** We Thoroughly Enjoyed our stay! The pictures doesn't do the Accommodations Justice!!!! The Apartment is Very Tastefully Decorated with a Modern Style, super clean. Ashley's attention to details is Superb!!!!! There were fresh cookies, water and lcee pops stocked upon our arrival! This is one of the Best places we have stayed in. Definitely plan to stay here again next year!!!!!

I booked this location after canceling a different building because the house did not match the description. After almost getting burned I was a little hesitant of even continuing down the VRBO route as this was my first stay. I am so glad I decided to stay here. The location was perfect for what I was looking for but even more important the description was dead on and the apartment was amazing. Great view, close to many restaurants and the apartment itself is very high quality. On top of all of that, the host was great. Stayed in contact during the booking, checking in and out processes. Next time I need to be in the area, I will definitely look to stay here again.

Perfect place to enjoy a family weekend!

Our hostess was amongst the best to work with. She was lightening quick in response to my questions. The unit is beautifully decorated with great care and attention to ensuring the necessities are available. The rooftop amenities are top notch with spectacular sunrise and sunset views. The area offers many options to enjoy a variety of activities. I will be sure to return! Well done!

Amazing Stay, Amazing Location, Amazing Owners!!

We landed in Louisville from Houston and the VRBO our family booked downtown was cancelled. We reached out to Ashlee with this property at 7pm and she got us in just two hours later! She was amazing and helpful. The Location was quiet and only 2 minutes away from downtown and was Perfect! It was clean, stocked, and inviting! We would defiantly book again!
