In the summer, this location is perfect for mountain biking, fly fishing, golfing, rafting, climbing, trail running, horseback riding, pursuing the activities offered by Big Sky Resort’s Base Camp (i.e. ziplining, gondola tours up Lone Peak, climbing walls, etc.), visiting nearby Yellowstone National Park, and much more. During the winter months there are 85 kilometers of maintained cross country ski trails just a mile from the front door. With its extensive and truly amazing trails Lone Mountain Ranch has become the mecca for Nordic skiers in North America. Please note: There are a few other units in the neighborhood under construction, including across from the driveway. The price has been reduced with possible construction noise in mind though nights and weekends are very quiet in the neighborhood.
