Amazing home in Zerpenschleuse

The cozy wooden holiday home in the harbor village Zerpenschleuse is located in the first row to the water and offers you a magnificent view over the boats and the nature around the harbor basin. In the idyllic north of Brandenburg Between water and meadows group the houses in Scandinavian style.



In your own garden or on the open terrace you can enjoy the sun and the fresh air. On the terrace you will find a barbecue and garden furniture, so you can enjoy barbecue evenings with your loved ones. Afterwards, you can end the evening on the lounge furniture on the terrace. The entire property is fenced and the fence doors are lockable.



In the cold season you can make yourself comfortable in front of the crackling fireplace in the cozy living area and enjoy the view of the perhaps already frozen water. Thanks to the high ceilings and the open gallery on the 1st floor, the house is particularly bright and inviting. Here you can relax all year round and take a deep breath.



The vacation home is modern, cozy and brightly furnished. Through the large panoramic windows, which extend from the floor to the roof, the view falls again and again and from everywhere on the enchanting landscape. As a protective feature for children and dogs, a stair guard has been permanently installed on the upper staircase. Downstairs a stair guard can be hooked in if necessary. WLAN (included) and 2 TV are available in this vacation home.



Two bicycles and a scooter for children are available in this house.



Next to the vacation home village runs the Oder-Havel Canal, which crosses here with the Finow Canal, whose history goes back to the 15th century. Surrounded by several waterways at once, this area is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists and hikers.



In the harbor village Zerpenschleuse payment with EC card is not possible, please only cash payment.



The harbor village Zerpenschleuse is still under construction, so there may be construction activities in the neighborhood.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests must rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 22.00 per person. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to two pets are allowed.
