Our mountain home is a fortunate haven surrounded by the wonders of nature. However, it's important to keep in mind that various critters call our neighborhood home. Although we have an exceptional cleaning team and make every effort to keep them away, we cannot guarantee that they won't occasionally make an appearance. You can assist in minimizing the chances of such encounters by promptly cleaning up any crumbs or spills, and securely disposing of trash in the designated cans outside.
Easy Check-In Process for your rental agreement, ID verification, & security hold or a non-refundable damage deposit. It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It's super easy to complete on your phone!
We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and an option to do a temporary security hold or a non-refundable damage deposit to receive your arrival instructions.
It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay!
