Casa Anita is an Andalusian-style, well maintained holiday house with private pool in beautiful and tranquil surroundings. You can enjoy your holidays in the private pool area or lying in the semi-shadow of the trees.

3 bedrooms, one with double bed, two with two single beds each, all bedrooms with built-in cupboards.
Living room with sofas, table and chairs, TV with international (Sat-) programmes, Air Conditioning

La casa está súper bien, las camas son muy cómodas, con la facilidad de que te dejan sábanas,toallas,paños de cocina.. y todos los utensilios necesarios para usar en la cocina. Una casa muy cómoda la única pega por decir algo... es que uno de los baños es con bañera y para mi es más cómodo el plato de ducha y que las tuberías de los baños suenan muchísimo. Pero repetiría sin dudarlo. La forma de reservarlo con la agencia muy cómodo y sencillo y Juan el dueño, muy amable.

UNA MARAVILLA
Hemos estado una semana y todo perfecto. Ni una sola pega. Los dueños viven al lado y siempre pendiente de cualquier cosa que te surja. El merendero es un gusto para hacer barbacoas a la sombrita, su enfríador de botellas y fregadero junto a la barra es ideal para que el que hace la barbacoa también esté muy cómodo. La Piscina muy bonita y cuidada. Las bicis ideales para dar una vuelta por la zona. La casa muy limpia y cuidada y con todos los detalles. La zona tranquilísima en los pinares pero a un salto de restaurantes y comercios de el Colorado. Mención especial para el "Hiper los Pinos" que está a 5 minutos a pie, y tiene precios muy buenos y una gran variedad de productos.

Espectacular fin de ...
Espectacular fin de semana! Sin duda alguna, una de las mejores casas rurales en las que he estado, mira que no soy mucho de dar mi opinión, pero en este caso la recomiendo ya que me gustaría que alguien me la hubiera recomendado mucho antes. Repetiremos! No le faltaba ningún detalle a la casa, tenía de todo y estaba muy limpia. Las bicicletas tenian las ruedas un poco desinfladas, avisamos a Juan y en 1 minuto estaba su hijo ayudándonos a inflarlas, no tuvimos ningún tipo de problema para nada. Recomiendo 100%!!!!

Mejor de lo que esperaba
Una casa preciosa, mejor de lo que esperaba, muy bien equipada: aire frío-calor muy potente, lavavajillas, secador de pelo en el baño, microondas, horno, chimenea, TV... Incluso un botiquín en el baño y un pequeño extintor en la cocina. Dormitorios y baños muy amplios, todo muy nuevo, limpio y cuidado al detalle. La zona de barbacoa y porches fantástica, incluso con levante que nos hizo, se nota que está bien orientada. Mi hijo de 4 años no se quería volver a casa. Hemos pasado unos días geniales, gracias, volveremos!!!

Toller Urlaub
Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnstraße und hat alles, was man für einen Urlaub im Süden benötigt. Pool, Außengrillplatz, Außenjalousien und Klimaanlage zumindest im Wohnzimmer. Mich haben die Mückengitter an allen Fenstern begeistert, obwohl wir kaum Mücken hatten. Mit den rundum vergitterten Fenster konnte man nachts prima lüften, um die Räume abzukühlen. Die beiden kleinen Schlafräume heizen sich ab 30 Grad schon ziemlich auf. Der Pool ist sauber und ausreichend groß. Die Ruhe am Pool hängt von den Nachbarn ab, da man Mauer an Mauer wohnt. Wir hatten weitgehend Glück und ab 22:00 haben die deutschen Urlauber nebenan die Techno-Musik leise gestellt. Offizielle Ruhezeiten sind 24:00 bis 10:00. Nur die Fahrräder sind nicht gut in Schuss und höchstens für Kinder zu gebrauchen. Ansonsten hat alles prima funktioniert und Juan hat umgehend eine Gasflasche ausgetauscht als uns das warme Wasser wegblieb. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Leuke vakantiewoning met goede voorzieningen in een rustige omgeving. De foto\'s geven goed beeld van de werkelijkheid. De woning was zeer schoon en de bedden zijn van goede kwaliteit. Het enige minpuntje van deze woning is de wat beperkte opbergruimte in de keuken. Ontvangst van de beheerder was prima en woont, voor eventuele problemen of vragen, in dezelfde straat. De woning is aan te raden voor een zonvakantie.

Estuve la última semana de Octubre. Un lugar maravilloso, para ir con nuestros peques, que disfrutaron de estar correteando por el amplio jardín, disfrutando de la comida en el porche de la barbacoa. La casa lo tiene todo. Cerca de ambiente si lo quieres, aunque por nuestra parte queríamos relax, y lo tuvimos. Lugar tranquilo. Y si hubiera hecho mejor tiempo, por supuesto que la piscina hubiera sido usada mucho. En nuestro caso, la disfrutamos un día. Recomendable 100%. Y los dueños y quien se encarga de atenderte, genial. En cualquier momento te atienden, además están cerquita. No descartamos volver, nos encantó.

This was a dream hol...
This was a dream holiday and one of pure relaxation. The pool was the main attraction and our 2 children (11 and 7) spent most of the time in or beside it. It is very clean and was even cleaned during our stay. The house (casa anita) was spacious and cool - in fact we didn\'t even turn on the air-con as it\'s cool and we had no need despite 36 degree heat outside. The bbq area was put to good use and we all loved that there were always places in the shade to relax and read a book. The owner lives close by so all it takes is a phone call and he will respond to any needs or questions. We loved it and Conil is only a short drive away where we were able to stock up on essentials, go to the beach or go for a walk along the promenade. We will definitely be back.

Tolles Haus
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit hier. Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht. Der umzäunte Pool ist mit einem Kind sehr gut. In der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft des Hauses finden sich 3-4 weitere Ferienhäuser, es war aber trotzdem sehr schön ruhig (hängt natürlich von den Gästen ab). Wir kommen bestimmt wieder ins Casa Anita...
