Located on one of the rolling hills overlooking the enchanting landscape of Lake Chiusi towards Montepulciano and right on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, Casa Gioiello is the ideal place to discover the beauty of both provinces.
Casa Gioiello is suitable for 2 persons or a family with 1 or 2 children.
The house consists of an entrance area, a large loft-like living room with high ceiling, an open kitchen equipped with all appliances, including a dishwasher and three big doors leading to the terrace and the garden.
There is a separate double bedroom with view towards a beautiful olive grove. Next to the bedroom is the bathroom with shower.
A spiral staircase leads to an open gallery space with a low ceiling, providing a cosy bedroom area for two children.
By the same spiral staircase one reaches also a lower floor, providing a laundry and a separate second bathroom with shower.
Casa Gioiello has its own driveway and privat parking.
A large terrace and the spacious garden with trees that provide shadow are the ideal place to enjoy your meals, taste our famous local wines and admire a spectacular paroramic view of the Tuscan beautiful landscape.
The large grass meadow offers relaxation on comfortable garden furniture and there is a BBQ.
Our guests can use the beautiful pool (15x5 m) with outside shower, surrounded by hedges and herbal plants shared with Villa Casale Umbro, located in the same property at a good distance for privacy.
Please note: Check-in only between 3 and 7 pm, Check-out only between 8 and 10 am.

Extra check-in and check-out is available:
-extra check out 6 to 8 am. 20 euros
-extra check-in 19 to 21 pm. 20 euros

The barbeque must be cleand at the end of the stay, if not, 20 euros have to be paied at the departure.
There's a 300 euros deposit to give at your arrival and get back at your departure time.
Please contact us 2 hours before your arrival.
You have to pay 80 euro for the final cleaning and 4€ once for each person over 14 years old.
