The kitchen comes equipped with all major appliances for planning at-home meals during your stay, plus a dishwasher for easy cleanup. There's breakfast bar seating for two and the adjacent dining table is set for six. Home essentials include central AC and a private washer/dryer.
Primary guests will enjoy an en suite bathroom featuring safety grab-bars for universal access. A second, full bathroom is available for household convenience. Both bedrooms are equipped with flatscreen TVs for added entertainment options.
Stroll the boardwalk around the property while admiring the boats moored on-site or enjoy a meal at the Reel Inn restaurant while watching the action in the harbor. Harbour Island is also home to the White Marlin Open, the world's largest annual deep-sea Billfishing tournament.

Two smart TVs with streaming capabilities are available for guests to use to stream with their own accounts.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
