The living area is furnished with a sofa bed and a dining area for 4 people. The separate bedroom offers with a double bed, a closet and bedside tables any comfort to feel good. The fitted kitchen is equipped so that food of any kind can be prepared. On the balcony, which can be reached from the living room, you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun and enjoy a glass of fine wine. In this apartment, you look at the Badeallee and can already catch a glimpse in the direction of the spa park. The east-facing balcony promises the first, warm sunshine in the morning; perfect for a breakfast in the open air.
The bathroom is new and equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. Likewise, in this apartment a television is available. In the basement there are also washing and drying machines for common use. The associated underground parking space can be rented for 3 € / day. All floors up to the underground car park are easily reachable by a lift.
For each stay is a one-time cleaning of 45 €.
