Our Villa Rondo is a modern and newly renovated holiday home in the middle of beautiful Benissa-Moraira.
We offer three spacious apartments, each with two bedrooms and a terrace. These are comfortably equipped with a kitchen, living room with fireplace and bathrooms. You will also be pampered with air conditioning, free WiFi and secure parking with a carport.
Our charming holiday home also offers two swimming pools and a built-in barbecue area outdoors. A lovingly maintained garden also surrounds the house with palm trees, lemon trees and other various plants.


Electricity (€ 0.25 p / kwh), final cleaning (€ 120.00) per apartment and bed linen + hand and bath towels (€ 14.00) Cash per person to be paid on site and not included in the price!
The keys' handover takes place by a personal reception directly in our Villa Rondo.

Great villa!

This is a great property, split into 3 units. Beautifully designed and appointed.. everything you need!Two pools, two gates for parking cars.Perfect location for our cycling week, close enought to town but also private and quiet!

Amazing place to stay with friends and family

Villa is beautiful, local beaches and towns not far away picturesque views great for large family’s or groups of friends as has the luxury of having seperate apartments in the villa would stay again in a heart beat. Our only regret is we only booked a week wish we had longer

Great location. Privacy 👍 property is dated but functional - scent of humidity - poor heating - time of year of our stay required different method of heating - house was really cold.

Mouldy rooms

Extreme mould in one of the rooms. The entire ceiling was mouldy and there were mouldy walls throughout the property. Issues with the check-in process (other guests were in the property) were resolved on the spot by a very pleasant property manager.

Villa review

The Villa location is very hilly so a hire car would be beneficial but the taxis are easy to order. The cleaning of the villas is not included in the total price so you have to pay per Villa and per person for use of towels which is extortionate, which had to had to be paid in cash on the first day. for electric which had to be paid on the last day. The pools aren’t heated and the larger pool could not be used due to the massive amount of bird mess, even the management lady said it was not acceptable and had spoken to the owners about it before. We couldn’t use the pool as we had three young children for health and safety reasons. The apartments overall were good and a private Location for our family.

Fint läge men det blev väldigt dyrt

Vi var en familj på 12 personer som hyrde huset. Priset för huset är väldigt högt med tanke på att förutom hyran fick vi betala för sängkläder och handdukar, städning samt en väldigt dyr elräkning när vi checkade ut. Vi hade bokat städning som även det var en tillkommande kostnad, trots detta var vi tvungna att städa köket innan vi checkade ut. Fint hus och bra läge, men priset för huset drar ner betyget tyvärr.

Great family villa

10 of us stayed and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It worked perfectly for the 3 groups each having their own space but a large enough outdoor communual area to eat and relax in. It was so hot we used one of the apartments dining areas which again was big enough to seat us all.

Tolles Haus in schöner Umgebung

Wir haben hier 10 wunderbare Tage mit der Familie verbracht. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und es gibt jede Menge Platz. Ein Mietwagen ist von Vorteil um die schönen Strände und Lokale in der Nähe zu erkunden. Wir danken für die vielen Tipps und die nette Betreuung. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Beautiful Villa, great facilities

Really lovely stay at this villa. Beautifully clean, great facilities, plenty of secure parking. Perfect for three separate families all coming together. Great location and very quiet. Only inconvenience was the check in time. We thought we could get in at 4pm but when we called around 3pm to see if ready, we were told nearer 7pm. With a young family and landing at 10am, it was a long day. Apart from that, a brilliant holiday. Would love to go back again but unfortunately the price has risen by €200 a day for same time next year. Great Shame but thoroughly enjoyed our week there

Fantastic villa with a wonderful view

We, three families from Sweden with children aged 10-14 years, spent a week in July together in this beautiful villa. The new terrace with pool and socialareas is stunning and the view from the upper floor magically. High standard in the apartments but the kitchens are not directly planned for large households when it comes to cooking. However, do not do as much as beaches, bars and restaurants are within walking distance, however, in a very hilly terrain. We rented cars and explored the area and beaches in the immediate area. Our favorite beach was Playa de El Portet in Moraira. Nice beach with small beach bars and possibility to rent sup and kayak. Another recommendation is the village of Villajoyosa, one hour away by car. Beautiful, colorful buildings with small shops and restaurants along the entire beach promenade and lovely fine-grained sand.
