INSIDE THE HOUSE
This home sleeps eight in three bedrooms, plus a sofa bed in the library/media room. The master bedroom has a king bed and beautiful French doors that open to the backyard. The en-suite master bathroom has a granite double vanity and a spacious walk-in shower. The second and third bedroom each have a comfy queen bed.
The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination as well as convenient access to the backyard pool deck.
Stretch out on the leather sectional sofa in the slate tiled living area and watch shows on the flat-screen TV. If there's a chill in the desert night air, add warmth from the fireplace. A separate library/media room has a 4K 55in TV with full Dolby sound and a Swedish sleeper sofa to accommodate two additional guests.
Directly off the media room is the third full bathroom along with a closet and access to the patio.
The modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances, sparkling white countertops, and cabinets stocked with all the cookware, dishes, and utensils needed to prepare home-cooked meals. A built-in wine cooler keeps your whites chilled for dinner!
Once the meal is ready, take a seat at the modern snakewood dining room table with seating for eight.
Best of all, though, is the backyard. This neighborhood was developed by famous mid-century developer Meiselman and has a yard that is twice the size of most homes in the adjoining areas. Head to the patio and enjoy a breathtaking pool with waterfall, a four-person Jacuzzi tub, and fire pit. You'll also find an eight-seat table on the patio with natural slate tile and a three-seat bar at the island grill with a built-in Bull barbecue. And all of this is anchored by views of the desert mountains!
