There are 3 cozy bedrooms, including a master king suite with its own bathroom. The place is decked out with great amenities, like high-speed Wi-Fi, AC, a washer and dryer, and two new adult bikes plus one for kids. It comfortably fits up to 10 guests, offering a super fancy retreat. Boynton Beach is famous for its beautiful beaches, great shopping, dining, and outdoor fun, all easy to get to from our vacation spot. Whether you want to hang by the heated pool or explore local attractions, our Coastal Boynton Beach family pool home is the perfect place for your Florida getaway.

The Space

The Living Room
The living room beckons with its spacious, welcoming ambiance. Equipped with a sizable FUBO smart app streaming T.V. accompanied by a high-quality sound bar and speaker system, a Nintendo Switch, and the latest PS4 complete with three controllers, entertainment options abound. Additionally, a new queen sleeper sofa stands ready to accommodate extra guests. Puzzle enthusiasts and bookworms will find delight in the assortment of puzzles, games, and books available.

The Dining Room
Nestled beside the kitchen for effortless service, the freshly renovated coastal Dining Room comfortably seats up to 10 guests, with 8 seats and 2 additional counter stools at the kitchen counter. It also includes a versatile 3-in-1 high chair suitable for infants to toddlers, alongside a collection of baby and toddler-friendly bibs, dishes, and cups.

The Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a comprehensive array of amenities. Stainless steel appliances, a spacious toaster countertop oven/air fryer, blender, indoor and outdoor dinnerware for 12, a variety of pots, pans, utensils, baking equipment, and more are at your disposal. You'll also find a Keurig pod/filter coffee machine available for your use, along with supplied coffee, sugar, basic oils, and spices.

Florida Room
The Florida Room, accessible directly from the kitchen and with a view of the pool deck, is fully enclosed and furnished in newly upholstered tropical furniture. Enjoy the breathtaking pool deck views while unwinding on the new massage chair! Access to the Florida Room is also available through the Primary Bedroom.

The Bedrooms

The Primary suite is located adjacent to the kitchen and dining area. It features a coastal-themed king-sized bed, abundant closet space, and an en-suite bathroom boasting a luxurious shower. A spacious dressing table with a large LED-lit mirror adds to the suite's amenities. In the closet, you'll discover two beach bags, a travel pack 'n play, sheets, and an inflatable toddler air mattress. Entertainment is covered with a smart Android TV equipped with streaming apps and a soothing sound machine. Plus, direct access to the Florida Room makes relaxation easily accessible

The 2nd bedroom is equipped with a brand-new king-sized bed and a smart Android TV featuring various streaming apps. Additionally, there's a dedicated workspace furnished with a personal desk, chair, and printer—perfect for remote workers or students. The bedside end table comes with convenient built-in charging ports and a charming rattan table lamp.

The third bedroom, also known as the kids' room, is crafted for a comfortable stay for up to four individuals. It boasts a roomy trundle bed, with a twin on top and a king-sized bed below, along with an extra pull-out twin bed. The space is well-stocked with toddler-friendly toys and books such as blocks, a car city mat, and an armchair for little ones to unwind. Additionally, there's a compact TV with streaming capabilities for entertainment. For remote workers or students, there's a dedicated desk and chair available for personal use.

The Bathrooms

The main en-suite bathroom received a fresh update with newly painted pink walls. It's equipped with a hairdryer and offers luxurious amenities, including a small shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner for a delightful shower experience.

The second bathroom serves bedrooms 2 and 3 and features a combination tub and shower. It's designed to cater to both adults and kids, equipped with a non-slip bath mat, a stepping stool, and a toddler potty. Plus, there's a convenient side door that opens out to the pool deck and the outdoor dining area.

The Laundry Room
You'll find a spacious Whirlpool washer and dryer in the laundry room, complete with all the detergents and cleaning products you'll require. Additionally, the room is stocked with a mop, broom, vacuum, iron, and ironing board for your convenience.

The Garage
The garage is designed to hold one car and includes a secured owners' room. A keypad outside allows guest access for parking. You'll find two new adult bikes, one 12" kids bike, helmets, bike pumps, and locks available for use. Remember to secure the bikes when leaving them elsewhere. It's important to note that owners/management are not responsible for any damages, theft, or injuries related to bike usage on or off-site. Guests utilize this amenity at their own risk and will be accountable for any associated replacement or repair expenses.

The Outdoors
Discover the star feature of this vacation home: an outdoor oasis. Step out through sliding glass doors onto the newly updated pool deck where a sparkling heated pool awaits, surrounded by plenty of lounge chairs perfect for basking in the Florida sun. Dine al fresco under the umbrella. Enjoy the warm nights under the newly installed outdoor Pergola with a gas-powered fire pit and smart streaming app TV or sizzle up a barbecue feast under the night sky.

*To heat the pool, simply request it with at least 24 hours' notice. We do have a pool safety fence that can be put up, please also allow 24 hours' notice.

The Extra's

For our youngest guests, the kids' room is stocked with books, a car/city road mat, blocks, dolls, and toys suitable for ages 2 to 5. There's also a range of infant and toddler essentials, including a booster seat with a tray table, kids' plates, cups, cutlery, an infant bobby pillow, baby monitor, bottle warmer, a travel pack 'n play with sheets, bassinet, and an inflatable toddler mattress, all available in the master closet.

For your furry friends, we provide a kitty litter box, water and food bowls. Please mind the pet etiquette by picking up after them and endeavoring to keep them off the furniture. The backyard is fully fenced.

Nestled in a serene neighborhood, this home offers easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. It's just a 10-minute drive to Ocean Ridge public beach, 5 minutes to Publix and Walmart, and 8 minutes to Boynton Beach Mall. You can reach East Atlantic Ave in Delray Beach within a short 13-minute drive from the house.

UPON BOOKING, WE REQUIRE A PHOTOCOPY OF THE LEAD GUESTS DRIVERS LICENSE WHICH MATCHES THE CREDIT CARD USED TO BOOK.

ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 9PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9PM.

No events includes any bachelor, bachelorette, or engagement parties, or any work meetings.

Pets are welcome! We do charge a non-refundable pet fee per pet. Cats are welcome but not if they scratch furniture please. We have a kitty litter box and food and water bowl for pets.
