We've loved the house!

We really loved the house and it's perfect for a stay with two family's due to the separated rooms and areas. We've had a little issue with the bed which is very noisy (the baby woke up when we turned ar2). But long story short- we'll come back!!

Loved our stay!!

We absolutely loved our vacation! We had such a relaxing time outdoors by the pool and fishing off the dock. Loved that the pool was heated! Definitely need that in dec/jan. The house was equipped with everything we needed. The mattress could have been a bit more comfy but overall we had a great stay! Thank you.

Wonderful sunsets on the canal!!

Work Trip

There was 3 Gentlemen that stayed during a work trip, and they had no complaint and said was a very nice house and host. Was very please and would stay again and recommend.

The house was great, and we truly enjoyed the lanai & pool where we spent most of our time. Television was a struggle to figure out and it would be nice to have a radio & clock for the lanai. Outdoor chairs need pillows & the 2 couches need to be replaced. Clocks in bedrooms, adult pool rafts & noodles would be a plus.

Amazing mini vacation

Great property at Cape Coral . The house was comfy and clean! Has plenty of towels and everything you need in there, it just needs a high chair for families with babies so we don’t need to carry one . Near Fort Mayers Beach and Sanibel Island. We really enjoyed our time there . It was a wonderful weekend, we would rent again!

RELAXING!

We just wanted a simple getaway as a family and that is exactly what we got. Beautiful sunrises and beautiful sunsets! We parked the car and never left. Spent our days outside by the pool and the waterview. We had all we needed. We did have a terrible storm blow through, ripping multiple screens. We contacted owner and someone was there first thing the next morning to fix it. It was beyond appreciated, as we had our pets with us. Thank you for that.

Fantastic Place!

Everything was absolutely wonderful! The house was beautifully decorated, super clean just as described in the pictures, and the neighborhood quiet and peaceful. I took my senior parents and my 6 year old daughter and each had a wonderful time hanging out. They even left toiletries as well just like a hotel! The cutest set up I’ve seen. The only complaint I could possibly have which was more of an annoyance than a complaint was that not all of the lights fans in the house worked which made trying to cook in the kitchen a little difficult. As well as trying to turn on the fan in the living room so we wouldn’t have to lower the AC, or the outside light in the pool area either wasn’t working but other than those minor things everything was wonderful. We would definitely stay again! Thanks so much for letting us stay at such a lovely home!

Fine stay

This home in Cape Coral accommodated everything we needed during our stay. There were not many added amenities provided and the home felt like it had been empty for a while (even though that may not be the case). The landscaping crew that came to the property during our stay mowed the lawn but also needed to attend to the surrounding bushes that were very overgrown and the back patio that needed to be weeded through the pavers. All concerns were shared with the property owners after we left and they did say that if we had notified them sooner they would have addressed them. Bugs and geckos were founds and I treated the bugs with bug spray I found in the laundry room. The air conditioner struggled to keep the house cool during the extreme heat of the day but was able to cool down at night. The canal in the backyard was a nice place to hang out and we even got to see a manatee! The resident Burrowing owls in the lot nextdoor were amazing to watch and photograph.
