No.111 at D Sands Condominiums, "Stairway to Eleven", is your stairway to private beach access, restaurants, and an indoor pool. While smaller than upper floor suites, this privately owned studio condo offers picture worthy ocean views through a wall of windows and a ground-level patio that's steps away from an easy, private staircase entrance to the beach. Stairway to Eleven can comfortably sleep up to 4 people on a queen bed and full-size Murphy bed, and it features a walk in shower.

Stairway to Eleven also comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchenette, complete with full-sized refrigerator, stovetop, oven, drip coffee maker, and microwave, and a small dining table to allow you to enjoy an oceanfront dining experience from the comfort of your condo.

The Unit of Association Owners, our HOA, provides Wi-fi and cable TV throughout the complex, as well as an indoor pool. D Sands Condominiums also features its own easy and private beach access so that guests can take full advantage of our oceanfront location and play in the sand and surf.

Centrally located in the middle of Lincoln City, D Sands Condominiums is an easy walk to Kyllo's, Lincoln City's favorite restaurant on the beach, a wine bar, Chinese food and so much more. A quick car ride can take you to the Chinook Winds Casino or the Lincoln City Outlets, not to mention all the other fun dining, shopping, and activity destinations in town.

If you walk 15-20 minutes on the beach to the north, you will find natural tidepools with all kinds of sea life. Or stay a little closer to home, and take in one of the most famous rivers in the world, the D River, the shortest river on the planet. The D River State Recreation Area is adjacent to the property, and provides even easier access to the beach in the form of a gradual slope. We're also conveniently close to a variety of other recreation areas and hiking trails for the avid nature lover.

A lovely spot overlooking the ocean. Because of the proximity to the beach the carpet isn’t cozy underfoot. I would recommend bringing slipppers.

While the room was clean the carpet was full of stains and felt dirty on bare feet. The view is amazing! BUT, sadly there were ROCHES! Every time we turned the lights off or came back to the room in the dark there were ROACHES climbing over to the trash can and on the floor. They scampered off when the light went on and we could only kill 5 of them. We googled roaches to see if what we saw were truly roaches... we were correct when we compared them. I have a photo on my cell phone! We LOVED this hotel but sadly we are frightened to come back!

Great Stay

We came to our favorite place for my husbands birthday. The location was perfect and the views were amazing. The host was responsive and we even stayed an extra day. I loved that were able to cook and go explore. My only complaint is the carpets are in very much need of replacement or a carpet cleaning. The room was very clean but the stains or age of the carpets are very, very noticeable. Clean carpets and this would be 4 stars for sure. Other than that, we loved it

Best time on beach

Although bottom floor preferred over stairs, the only bad thing is noise from people moving around upstairs was noisy late into night. We enjoyed excellent room, good service, friendly people everywhere, good meals at Otis Cafe, Dory Cove and Mazatlan. Shopping at outlet was fun and even though we were not in the right place at the right time, we did see someone find a glass ball right in front of our room. The weather was beautiful. The parking a little tight in areas. Thank you for the wonderful service and lovely room.

We had a room on ground level tried to go to bed at 11:00 pm but the room above us every time someone would walk it was so loud it kept us awake until 2:30 am but only because I went to their room and asked them to please quit stomping when they walk and it sounded like a football game or a party was going on they got pissed off and said they were just walking around normally.When they opened the door marijuana smoke came rolling out the door and they were higher than a kite anyway them smoking pot was no big deal too me but them running around all night was rude.I wouldn't suggest to anyone to rent a bottom room from them When they were just talking I could hear some of what they said I even knew their names from them talking or yelling also the floor creaked so loud that I recorded it for 20 minutes straight and I was amazed at how loud it really was.I called management in the morning and she acted if it was no big deal and told me that the building was old and it's just loud.We have stayed at alot of hotels all along the beach and other places and this place was the worst of all didn't even deserve 1 star but some of it was on the guests up stairs.I could go on about other things that happened but my finger is tired.
