Coaches trip

We had six HS football coach’s stay for a clinic. The house worked great for us to all hang out. Great space for our group to all set around the tables and visit.

Weekend Stay

It comfortably housed 12 people! Lots of room and space to hang out! Checkin process was very easy. FYI for future guests, there’s not many pots/pans, cooking utensils. Luckily we had brought of our own with us for our visit. Property manager/owner was very easy to talk to for any issues and communicated well before our stay. All in all, we had a great time and thanks for letting us stay!

Wonderful Stay

Our group has stayed here for a couple of years in a row and will continue to utilize this space when in town for meetings. It’s a nice location and the perfect size for our group! Thank you for offering such a wonderful home!

Graduation

The property was perfect for those of our large family who were able to travel to Lincoln for our youngest college graduation. We were able to have family meals and spend time visiting. Fabulous stay.

Perfect for Us!

The house was clean with plenty of linens and room for our family of 9 adults. Plenty of room to spread out, yet also, room for us to get together. Good location as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay, Fantastic House

We stayed here for a family Thanksgiving trip and had a great time. Plenty of bedrooms and space to hang out, basement is fully furnished and there’s lots to do including air hockey and kids toys and puzzles. Check in process was smooth and host was fantastic with communication.

Very clean and convenient location

Friends and famiy gathered for football game weekend. House was spacious and clean, easy access to Haymarket and downtown, Ubers/Lyft readily available and most times under $10. Would stay again and recommend to friends.

Family Gathering Place

Large home with lots of areas for entire family to spread out and enjoy. Our entire extended family stayed in this 6 bedroom house (9 adults & 5 children) comfortably for 3 days while attending a family wedding in town. We had plenty of room for entire family to relax, play and sleep. The large family room in the basement and sunroom were favorites for the kids. Adults enjoyed the living room upstairs as well as the sunroom. Host was super helpful. They accommodated my father by bringing in a recliner for his comfort at night. They even left treats on the counter for the family to enjoy. The house was very clean. It had nice new beds that were very comfortable with nice linens and plenty of towels for everyone. Great choice for a large group!

Friends Reunion

We are a group of 7 life long friends all from Nebraska with spouses who try and get together at least annually and this year we selected Lincoln as our destination. We planned activities around downtown along with a place to stay that allowed for plenty of catch up time and fun. The Belmont was perfect. Close to the Haymarket and downtown with plenty of room to talk and play games. Check this place3 out if you have a big group and want to stay together.

Awesome House

Loved staying here! Was a great way to bring family together to celebrate a wedding. Had everything we needed. Thank you for the welcome treats. The wedding party was able to get ready in the roomy sun room and it was close to the wedding venue. Would stay again if we needed to stay in Lincoln.

Family time

We needed a place for my nieces and nephews to stay while in Nebraska. They were visiting their father (my brother) who was diagnosed with cancer. Sarah was amazing with any questions I had. She had left a welcoming cake and goodies which I thought was a great touch. The home had so much room for everyone to spread out. There was air hockey, ping pong and toys for the young kids to play. We played poker as they had poker chips and cards. I highly recommend this place! Everything was perfect!

Excellent place for a football (or other) weekend in Lincoln

Our group (5 college friends from the '90s) was in town for a Nebraska football game and had a fantastic time at the Belmont. The host was fantastic and so easy to work with. The location from the stadium, campus, and downtown was perfect. I highly recommend this place!

Our Stay in Lincoln

We enjoyed our time as a family and the sleeping arrangements were perfect. We were just originally sent to the wrong property. Our daughter arrived first and dealt with the change. The kitchen was well equipped...we prepared several meals. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Great get together

The home was very clean and allowed my family to get together for couple of days. We had great communication with the host and they met all of our needs. Was priced reasonably and had plenty of room for parking. I appreciated the opportunity to bring my family together.

Nice place for families

It includes toys, air hockey, ping pong, and a pool right across the street. We will definitely look to stay here again when we come back to Lincoln.
