Spacious two Bedroom

The apartment was spacious and clean. The location was a little out of the way but there were grocers and restaurants nearby. Check-in was super easy. The keyless entry worked well. Be aware that the apartment is on the third floor, and you'll need to walk up three flights of curved stairs. The shower was a little odd because the shower head was located in the middle of a bathtub. It was difficult to be completely under the water stream while showering, especially for our 6'4" son. We are also used to thicker towels and the living room furniture is different from the pictures. Overall, we had a nice stay and Johannes was responsive.

Ideal für einen Kurztrip

Die Wohnung war für unseren Kurztrip mit 3 Personen genau richtig und mit allem ausgestattet was gebraucht wird, inkl. Handtücher. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, auch die Sauberkeit hat gepasst. Zur U-Bahn knapp 10 Minuten zu Fuß, damit ist man in 15 Minuten im Zentrum. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, nur das Badezimmer (mit Badewanne) könnte eine Renovierung vertragen, funktioniert hat alles gut.

Très bel appartement, confortable, calme et impeccable au niveau propreté. Dommage qu'il soit un peu loin du centre, quartier moyen, facilement accessible en transport en commun avec le bus 57A ou le tramway.

Die Wohnung ist gut von zwei U-Bahnhaltestellen zu Fuß zu erreichen, was angesichts der Kurzzeitparkzonen sehr bequem ist, ebenso wie die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke. Sie ist vollständig zur Selbstverpflegung eingerichtet und eignet sich sehr gut für einen Wochenaufenthalt. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

Zentrale Lage - ideal für einen Wien Trip

Schöne Altbauwohnung mit viel Platz für 4 Personen. Alles was man so in einer Wohnung braucht ist vorhanden. Einkaufen um die Ecke auch kein Problem. Mit dem Wienticket sofort bei allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. 😀

Buena experiencia en Viena

La verdad que no hemos tenido ningun problema, el apartamento esta bien situado, pese a ser el distrito 15, estabamos en el centro enseguida, incluso hay cosas que ver cercanas a la direccion, el apartamento es espacioso, un edificio clasico de la ciudad, no es nuevo ni moderno, pero no le falta de nada, rodeado de tiendas y restaurantes, y su propietario, dispuesto a ayudar en cuanto se lo pides. Repetiria.

Top Lage

Mit einer Freundin bin ich zu einem Konzert und Stadtbesuch nach Wien gefahren. Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns perfekt, wir haben ausschließlich die Linie U4 als Starthaltestelle (Längenfeldgasse) genutzt, die wenige Gehminuten entfernt war. Das Checkin war kinderleicht, die Betten gut, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Die Bestuhlung war etwas wackelig, was aber zeitnah repariert werden soll. Der Kontakt war schnell und ausgesprochen freundlich und auch hilfreich. Ich würde wieder kommen :-)!

Gute Zeit in Wien

Wir haben schöne Tage in Wien verbracht. Das Appartment hatte alles, was wir benötgten und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es reichlich und eine gute Anbindung an den öffentlivhen Verkehr, um in die Stadt zu gelangen. Schloß Schönbrunn ist in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen

We have been satisfied with the flat. Very cleaned and fully equipped; the flat was very spacious and bright. Moreover the area is central and very well connected with the means of transport. The supermarket was very close too. We arrived at Wien by car. Although the area is a no parking area, inside the building you can find a brochure indicating the nearest parking which we found really cheap and at hand Wien is worth a visit and the flat has been worth the money spent. Alles wie angegeben, wir sind zufrieden

Die Schlüsselabholung hat dank des Tresors einwandfrei und unkompliziert geklappt. Die Lage ist gut, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und auch die Verbindung ins Zentrum ist gut. Schloss Schönbrunn fußläufig erreichbar.
