Warm Brazilian cherry floors and vaulted ceilings welcome you into this meticulous home where you can step outside onto miles of walking/bike paths leading to various parts of town, the university and more. Kitchen is fully equipped with anything you might need to be right at home whether baking cookies, making a meal or just brewing a pot of coffee. Bathrooms feature gorgeous custom tile showers with ample lighting on dimmer switches for your convenience. Black out curtains in the king bedroom are perfect for a good night of sleep. Private bedroom with office desk can access direct internet or wireless. Expansive, private backyard with two decks with outdoor table/chairs as well as two zero gravity chairs for an afternoon nap. The home features big windows for natural light as well as central heating and a/c. Two car garage with remote controls for your convenience, rain or shine. Washer and Dryer makes it easy to pack light and stay as long as you desire, or go on a muddy hiking adventure then toss your clothes in the wash in preparation for the next days outings. Drying rack provided too.

As a native Oregonian who has lived and traveled regionally and internationally, it's my honor to host you while visiting Eugene & Springfield, Oregon.
Why they chose this property
It's a safe, quiet neighborhood. Just around the corner is an entrance to the bike path which makes it extremely convenient to walk or bike to the UO campus, Hayward Field, Autzen Stadium, hospitals, restaurants, coffee shops and other local attractions. It's situated nicely between Eugene and Springfield. The flyover pedestrian bridge to Target, Starbucks, the movie theatre and The Shoppes at Gateway is within minutes. Less than a five minute drive to the regional hospital, Peace Health River Bend, and approximately ten minutes to McKenzie Willamette Hospital.
