In the hot summer days, under the warm Istrian sun, you will find true relaxation in Villa Mendula! A beautiful green and sunny garden, secluded and completely private, reveals the luxurious, beautiful stone villa with private pool. 5000 square meters of private garden are reserved just for you. The pool is surrounded by sun beds and umbrellas. In the garden there is a large charcoal grill, and ideal for children there is a swing, a slide and a seesaw.

There are 2 bathrooms and 3 beautiful bedrooms, and together with the living room sofa, there is room for up to 8 people. The house is fully air conditioned and equipped with all appliances, amenities and cutlery. WLAN / WiFi is available.

From the upper terrace you have a wonderful view of the garden. Private and secure parking is guaranteed.

Schöne Unterkunft
Das Haus entspricht den Bildern, es war sauber und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Es gibt in der Nachbarschaft einen lieben Hund, welcher auch gern vorbei kommt (er läuft frei rum). Leider konnten wir nur ein Badezimmer nutzen, da das andere noch repariert werden musste. Moskitospray sollte man für die Abende mitbringen, wie überall in Istrien. Die Schlafzimmer haben Moskitonetze. Insgesamt haben wir eine schöne Zeit gehabt.

Ruhiges und schönes Haus
War ein toller Urlaub. Das Haus liegt sehr abgelegen, weshalb man niemanden stört und auch selbst nicht gestört wird. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Alles super hergerichtet und sauber.

Einsam, Einsamer, am Einsamsten
Wer mal wirklich allein sein will, der ist hier richtig. Es ist das letzte Haus auf der Straße. Nachbarn gibt es zwar, aber die können nicht in den Garten Schauen, wo sich der Pool befindet. Wer hier am Haus vorbeikommt, können verirrte Torristen oder Spaziergänger sein, die im den Waldweg spazieren gehen. In 2 Wochen konnte man die Begegnungen mit anderen Menschen hier am Haus auf 10 Personen schätzen. Das Wetter war 33°C - 36°C und Fast nur Sonne.(July) Betten sind sehr gut und sauber. Ein Reisebetchen ist auch vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind sehr Freundlich und helfen sogar bei Problemen mit der Sprache an anderen Orten. Echt Top!! Der Pool war sauber und gut gepflegt. Im allgemeinen hat uns das Haus gut zugesagt, bis auf paar dinge, die besser sein könnten aber erträglich waren: - Nur eine Klimaanlage, die nicht genügend gekühlt hat. - Bei großen Fenstern waren leider keine Moskitonetze, sodass bei der extremen Hitze Nachts auch nicht zureichend gelüftet werden konnte. Wir konnten in dem Urlaub sehr gut entspannen und eine sehr schöne Zeit als Familie genießen. Familienurlaub mit Kindern 2024

Super schönes Haus
Wir waren eine Woche mit der Familie da. Es war super schön, ruhig und sehr entspannend. Es ist genau so wie es auf den Bildern aussieht. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, es war alles da was man im Alltag braucht. Zusätzlich hat man ein Gefrierschrank mit 3 Fächern, mega für Eis usw bei der Hitze. Der nächste Laden ist 15min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Der Strand der mit Kindern gut zu erreichen ist, war 30 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und nett begrüßt, trotz unserer Verspätung. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub. Liebe Grüsse Fam. J.

Schöne Villa im Hinterland
Sehr schöne Villa - alles wie beschrieben - der Pool ist groß und wird auch regelmäßig gereinigt. Das Haus liegt im Hinterland - die Fahrt dorthin ist abenteuerlich ;) Mal eben zum Meer muss wohl überlegt sein! In der Nachbarschaft leben ein paar Hunde, die nachts aktiver wie tagsüber sind - die Fenster schließen gut und halten das Gebell fern. Erfahrungsgemäß sollte jedoch bei der Übergabe/Übernahme des Hauses ein Protokoll erstellt werden, damit es nach dem Urlaub keine bösen Überraschungen bzgl. der Kaution gibt. Alles in allem haben wir die Zeit in der Villa genossen.

Amazing place, great garden and fantastic pool
It was not easy to find the house first day, but the house and surroundings exactly met our expectations. Quite place, just us, no one else around. Very nice pool, spacious house, grill, garden. House and pool were very clean. We all really enjoyed. Thank you!!

A beautiful villa in an amazing spot
We had a wonderful time however there were a few small issues. The Wi-Fi did not work all week. There was a router plugged in but no phone line so there was no internet available. We were able to make do with our mobiles but they should not be advertising Wi-Fi if it isn't available. The property was lovely but you really do need to bring everything. When we arrived there was half a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, no sponge, no washing up liquid and no paper towels. There was also 2 coffee machines but no kettle. The owners were lovely but spoke no English so communicating was difficult. Also, if you are looking for total privacy this may not be the place for you. The owners lived next door and would just wander over and start gardening or get something from the shed while we were swimming or having a bbq. It was a lovely clean well equipped place though and although there was a language barrier the owners were very friendly
