Be our Guest at our 'Home away from Home'. Loaded with upgrades our 4 bedroom, two bath, home with private screened in pool offers granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths, travertine tile in the baths, and new furniture in the family room. Cable TV in all the bedrooms and living room. The master suite has a king- size bed, second bedroom has a queen, and the third and fourth bedrooms have two twin beds each, For additional family fun, enjoy our game room, equipped with a full size pool table, Foosball table, and air hockey. We also have wireless Internet service. Enjoy the south facing screened in pool and lanai area, offering a peaceful and private view of the conservation area in our back yard. Full service kitchen and gas grill for outdoor grilling, plus a washer and dryer.

Great home in a quiet gated community

The house was just what we expected based on pictures shown in listing. The home is clean and well updated. It was only my wife and I but this home could easily accommodated 2 families of 4. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Better than some others we have stayed at in the past in the Disney area. We did universal and Epcot and the drives were short and easy. I would recommend the promenade at sunset walk area for a night of food and drinks. 10 minutes from the house and on Friday nights they have an outdoor area with food, drinks and music. Also family friendly.

Comfortable stay

The house is beautiful and well equipped, which made our stay really comfortable. The pool had a nice temperature and we loved that it was overlooking a little forest, giving us a feeling of privacy. We can definitely recommend this place and we would love to stay here again sometime.

Perfect disney property

We loved the closeness to the disney parks and the ease of getting to the property. The house was well appointed and the beds, although a little on the firm side were still comfortable. The private pool was nice and we really had no complaints with the property. The older members in our party loved the recliners after a long day at the park!

Amazing!

I rented this for a Disney vacation.Wanted to go with my wife and family, but family sadly had some stuff come up.This house was amazing to stay at with my wife!Very close to Disney, very clean and has a game room in the garage!!Property owner responded same day with a response to my question. I will stay here again. 10/10

Perfect home away from home

Amazing Vacation

This was our first trip to Orlando. From the very first enquiry to Debbie, to leaving the villa at the end of our stay has been a great experience. If we have had a question Debbie has answered it and even when we had a slight issue with our internet and TV”s, Debbie promptly got it sorted and they were fixed within 3 hours. Very mice property with one big issue

The rental met all our needs but there was a problem with the thermostat where it would not register temp changes in a timely manner. The problem made the indoor humidity vary from between 47% and 75% with the thermostat remaining at 73 degrees displaying "circulating air". This made the house very uncomfortable or chilly with little in between and trying to sleep when it feels like 80 due to the thermostat not sensing the change in temp and humidity uncomfortable. If the HVAC system worked properly the stay would be 5 stars across the board.

Do this! Don’t stay at a Resort!

The owner (and her family) are the best hosts we’ve ever had. The property is far enough from the tourism but close enough to enjoy all Orlando has to offer. Save yourself the headache of expensive resorts (we’ve done those too). Plenty of space, VERY well organized property, all we needed were our groceries and our itinerary!

Home located in a quiet, gated community

Beautiful home that suited my family of 4 very well. We loved the private pool! Also, the kitchen is well equipped for cooking. We found it was closer to 15-18 minutes to get to Disney World from this home. And we had an issue with the keypad not working the one evening, but they were quick to send someone from property management to replace battery in keypad. We would stay here again!

Excellent Location

Property is just as described. It had everything we could ask for. Our grandkids loved the pool which had full sun. Great communications with the owner. Very close to Disney Parks and all the restaurants along the 192. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here in the future. Thank you.

Wow!

Six of us met at the house for the weekend prior to a cruise. I have stayed at many VRBO’s and this one was the best. Everything was so well stocked and organized. The owner has thought of everything. Also, so close to everything. We didn’t want to leave.

Plenty of space

We had our family of 7, the house had plenty of space for everyone, with enough towels for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked and the drive to Disney was very easy.

We purchased this home when our children were young. It was a perfect get away home. My sister owns the home next door, which makes it perfect for large family gatherings. As our children have grown, we continue to enjoy 'getting away' to Florida, and now enjoy spending time with the whole family, including the grandkids.

Why they chose this property

The location is the best - so close to everything, restaurants, shopping, theme parks, water parks, and best of all, we're in a quiet neighborhood with a conservation area behind us, rather than another home. It's very peaceful.
