Excellent beachfront resort property

I stayed with my husband and two kids (age 9 and 5). The pictures online are very accurate. One bedroom with king bed, one bedroom with two queens, three full baths, kitchen, living room and large balcony. We did not do all inclusive, we would have breakfast in our room, eat lunch by the pool, and walk Bucerías for dinner. It was a really great location and had all we needed for a great vacation.

Relaxing Getaway

The resort is first-class and amazing. The unit we rented was well appointed, comfortable and had great views. It is an end unit so it does not share a common wall on the master bed room side so it was very quiet. The owner was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay again!

A little slice of heaven!

Everything about Estancia is exceptional. We love the long walks on the hard packed beach…The nearby golf courses…and the food at Estancia, next door at Villa Del Palmar, and the local restaurants in Buscerias is excellent. A sunset dinner on the beach is beautiful! Stuart’s property is very clean, well stocked, and made for a very comfortable two week stay for us. We highly recommend it!

We stayed at Villa La Estancia in Cabo before. This property just north of Puerto Vallarta is an exact clone of that one. So we knew what to expect with regard to the quality of the property, unit, services and ammenities, etc. We enjoyed ourselves, and would definitely rent Stuart's place again.

Perfect Small Resort

The Villa La Estancia has everything you need for a relaxing, stress-free vacation. Love the multiple large Jacuzzis with beautiful ocean views. Stuart's large unit has a full kitchen plus a washer and dryer. It's a perfect home away from home. It is very roomy for a family of 4-5 people.

Overall enjoyed our stay. The place is spacious and clean. My only comment would be to stock the kitchen with dish soap and other small household items to make cleaning up a bit easier. An otherwise fantastic place and would definitely return.

Property in La Estancia was perfect for our family

My husband and I brought down our adult children for a family vacation. Kids shared the 2 bed room and we had the king. Loved having the kitchen to cook in - all the amenities were there. Beds and sheets were comfortable. Patio perfect for playing cards and having breakfast. Our only ask would have been easy access to extra toilet paper, extra garbage can liners and dishwasher detergent. We had purchased lots of groceries and hadn’t grabbed those items. We ended up supplying those and leaving them for the next guests. Otherwise everything was perfecto!!! Thank you!

Fantastic getaway

We stayed at Stuart's unit for a week in Feb 2018. Not only is the condo spacious, clean, and well-stocked but the location truly cannot be beat. You can walk for miles on the beach in either direction and enjoy delicious food in the casual restaurants in Bucerias which can be reached by a footpath, along the beach, or by a short taxi ride. Puerta Vallerta is also only a short taxi ride away. The concierge was very helpful in providing day trip suggestions-our whale watching trip was amazing- and in answering any questions. There were enough activities on the beach to keep my teenage children engaged--paddle boarding, kayaking (free of charge) as well as jet skiing and parasailing (for a fee). Ending the day on the balcony of the unit, sipping a beverage and watching the sunset was a special treat.

Unbelievable stay

Our stay at Stuart's villa completely exceeded expectations. The villa itself was immaculate and extremely spacious. Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need and the view of the pool/beach could not be better. The staff was so friendly and we never had trouble finding great spots to sit by the pool. The concierge was reliable in helping us book some great trips and recommended a great local restaurant. Facilities such as the gym and swim up bar are all wonderful and I couldn't have hoped for any more. Hot tubs by the pool were an added bonus. Beach is perfect, quiet, and very safe with options to jet ski and parasail. Would 100% return to stay at Stuart's villa as he was very easy to get in touch with.

Perfect Vacation!

Spent a week in Stuart's unit at Villa Estancia and highly recommend it. Large two bedroom/2+ bath unit with a great terrace overlooking pool and ocean. Beautiful pool (including a swim up bar) and beach and a great gym. Resort staff was very helpful in arranging transportation and excursions. Good on site restaurants and access to restaurants at adjacent property. High end gated resort approximately 20 minutes from the Puerto Vallarta airport.

Lovely place to vacation

Our stay in Stuart's unit at the Villa Estancia was tremendous. The suite itself is generously sized; a king bed in the master and 2 queens in the second bedroom, with a large living space and high ceilings. The kitchen is generously outfitted with everything needed for eating in. There is also a charcoal bbq. Grocery shopping is close by at the Mega. Perhaps it was the time of year and the angle of the sun but we watched stunning sunsets from our balcony. The Villa Estancia is a lovely property. Foremost is the quality of service; the staff is gracious to a fault. The gardens are beautiful, the pool amazing, the gym excellent. Highly recommended.

A Fabulous stay at Villa La Estancia Nuevo Vallarta!

We stayed in Stuart's Unit early March 2011, and all I can say is WOW. What an absolute beautiful, clean, and well maintained property on a beautiful beach, in a great location (just a short walk down the beach to Bucerias where there are many great places to eat). Our favorite part about the unit was the huge deck overlooking the ocean, with the wet bar, table seating for four and the two super comfy loungers to relax on. We would definitely book a stay again with Stuart at Villa La Estancia Nuevo Vallarta, and would highly recommend this property!
