Nice condo

Condo was very nice. Amenities on property were not available since it was after the hurricanes. Pool closed and clubhouse which was on 2nd floor. Not sure why that was locked up.

2022 Spring Break Trip

Clearwater was amazing and perfect for our 2022 Spring Break trip. Everything was in walking distance and all the food was amazing. Beach is super clean and just beautiful. We took the pirate boat ride and the kids 9,6 and 3 loved it, it was the highlight of the trip for them.

Waterfront condo

Beautiful Condo. 2nd floor unit with parking underneath. Floors were very cold. Pool is very small and in the shade all but 1 hr this time of year.

Great location!

Love love loved our stay at this condo with our family. Very spacious and great accommodations. Pool bit tiny but that ok. Few things would recommend is a lil bigger patio grill. Was tiny for our 8 folks to feed and the dryer takes a very long time to dry clothes. Overall though AMAZING!! Bay view great. Patio size wonderful for relaxing. Great sunset and rise views too from the patio.

Perfect Spot

This property was perfectly described and will be on our list of places to go back to. The balcony is the best part because if the beach is crowded it's perfectly fine to hang out there most of the day. The beds were comfortable and we didn't even have a car for our trip. We walked to the beach and all the restaurants you need are within a two block radius. It was the beginning of spring break, but once inside the condo it was quiet and on the balcony you couldn't hear much either. If you like to cook a lot, just plan on buying oil, salt, pepper, etc but we like to eat out when we are out of town. Host were great and they really think of everything with their rentals.

clearwater get-a-way

4 beautiful beach days! First and foremost let me say the beds and furniture were comfortable. Plenty of kitchen items for meals. Prior to leaving we never got our code for check in from TeemingVR. I called twice and finally received it. Supposedly there was a new computer system and things never got sent out to new renters. Emailed Teeming VR multiple times prior to trip without response. Upon check in our code for the parking area did not work. Took 30 minutes just to get in the lot. Called TeemingVR. No response. Arrived to unit. Our dead bolt was completely rusted through. You could see to the outside. The balcony door did not lock. The unit is advertised as a 3 bedroom. The second king room has no closet and only frosted glass doors. No privacy really for an adult couple to stay in that room as you can see shadows etc. Could not turn air down past 72 degrees. We were told that this was due to units freezing. Talked with a homeowner there and he said they do that to control the electric bill. If you cooked or kept the curtains open to see the beautiful bay it got hot in the unit. I am a cold sleeper and being in Florida like to keep it about 68 to sleep. There were frequently small sugar aunts on the counters in the kitchen. Finally on our 4th day there teemingVR finally called to see what we were calling about on arrival. That afternoon someone randomly showed up to our condo without notification. We were leaving the next day so I asked him to come back once we were no longer there to fix the issues. I wonder if he would have just come into the condo without permission if we would not have been there. Knowing what I know now probably won't rent here again or anything from TeemingVR.

Perfect

We were only there for a short time, but it was perfect for our family of four. There was plenty of room for several more. The views are great. It has easy access to beach and restaurants. We never heard any of the neighbors. Traffic was only heard if sitting on balcony and that was only if the vehicle was extra noisy. We didn’t encounter any problems. Would definitely stay again at this location.

Our recent stay at the property was great! Extremely clean, spacious and excellent location. It looks just like the photo's. There were a few minor issues that we discussed with the property manager and were promptly addressed. Parking was easy and it's literally a 3min walk to the beach. Easy access to Indian Rocks from location. Overall I highly recommend this property to everyone. We would definitely stay again.

Great apartment, great position near the beach and restaurants

A fantastic place to stay for a short break! We travelled from UK with our daughter and her partner, and meeting our son and family during Spring break for a bit of sunshine. The kitchen, dining area and living space are spacious and very well appointed, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were more than adequate for our party. Great thought has been given to all the facilities needed for a `home from home` holiday.
