The lovingly and brightly furnished apartment with 50 sqm in mezzanine awaits you here. In the living room with a cozy TV sitting area and sofa bed you can relax after the long beach days. In the separate kitchen you will find a complete equipment u. a. with stove, dishwasher and a fridge with freezer. In the bedroom invites a large double bed to dream. Upon request, a travel cot and high chair are available for a fee. You are welcome to make yourself comfortable in the garden. Here you will find garden furniture and a barbecue. The Old Stream takes about 3 minutes. on foot and to the beach only about 10 minutes.   A foot-accessible garage for your car, may be used if available.

Note: Currently there may be noise disturbances due to construction in the neighborhood, which may affect you as well.

The apartment is located in a small apartment house at the entrance to Warnemünde. Shops, restaurants, beach promenade and beach are just a few steps away. The location of the apartment is away from the pedestrian areas Alter Strom and beach promenade, but these are within walking distance. For a fee you can rent a parking space (if available) for 9.00 € per night.
