Due to the immediate proximity of the UNO City, the apartment is located in one of the most international locations of Vienna, directly at the subway station and therefore in close proximity to the city center.
At the same time, the location is characterized by excellent leisure value due to the immediately adjacent sports and recreation area "Alte Donau", as well as immediately adjacent extensive green areas, which also invite you to go jogging, cycling or playing tennis, etc. A public bathing beach is a 10-minute walk from the apartment.
