Hübsches 1-Zimmer Appartment. Großes Bad und gesicherter Parkplatz. Gute, vollständige Ausstattung. Für mich persönlich war die Couch zu niedrig und die Treppen zum 2. Stock recht mühsam.

Zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung in Dessau

Die FeWo liegt sehr günstig für Fahrradausflüge aufwärts und abwärts der Elbe sowie entlang des Mulde-Radweges. Auch in die eigentliche Innenstadt sind es immer nur kurze Wege, egal welche Interessen man hat. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und mit allem Erforderlichen eingerichtet (die Klima-Anlage war bei den hohen Temparaturen ein Segen). Direkt gegenüber der FeWo, auf der anderen Straßenseite, ist ein Netto-Laden (Bäckerei hat 7 Tage geöffnet ab 7.oo Uhr). Der Parkplatz zur Wohnung liegt im abgeschlossenen Innenhof des Blockes und so war es auch o.k., dass die Fahrräder im Hof abgestellt werden mussten. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt (obwohl uns - altersmäßig nicht mehr ganz so fit - der Weg in das 2. OG des Gebäudes schon etwas beschwerlich war) und können die FeWo guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Kurztripp Dessau

Die Unterkunft war gut. Es war alles so vorhanden, wwie beschrieben. Der Wehrmutstropfen war der Geschirrspüler, der vom Vormieter her ein Problem mit dem Abfluss hatte. Darüber war ich vom Vermieter im Vorfeld informiert. Da die Wohnung nur zur Übernachtung diente war dies kein Beinbruch. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend. Ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.
