Private: property 950 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn, swimming pool (33 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 11.Apr. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Unconventional pool shape. Outdoor shower, table tennis, garden furniture, barbecue (swing). In the house: internet access, washing machine. Motor access to the house (1 km via unmade road). Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 16 km, restaurant 1 km, café 2 km, bus stop 10 km, pebble beach 1.2 km, rocky beach 1.2 km, diving center 5 km.
