The children will love their own separate play area including slide flattop sand pit sports equipments while parents can relax knowing they're only footsteps away if anything else comes up during stay.

Downstairs is the hall with fireplace and TV, with German-language satellite channels. Wi-Fi is free. There is a children's corner with toys. The fully equipped and spacious kitchen includes a ceramic stove, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery and kitchen utensils. In winter it is nice to stay in this third largest ski area in the Czech Republic. The villa is only a 19-minute walk from the ski jumps of Harrachov. The chair lift to Čertova Hora is 1200 m away, the children's lift is 500 m away. De kabelbaan is bereikbaar met de ski bus, die ongeveer 100 m van de villa stopt. And in the garden there are bobsleighs and other play equipment for the children.

The Giant Mountains are also a popular area to spend your holiday in summer. Not only the beautiful nature is attractive for walking or cycling, but also visiting the beautiful towns and villages that are full of activity and conviviality. Restaurants, golf courses, paragliding, museums and aqua parks make the holiday unforgettable. 100 meters from the villa is a sports field with a volleyball court and tennis courts that can be rented. The villa borders the forest, which is perfect for mushrooming in the fall.
