St. Croix is kitty-corner to the famous Seed to Table, the shopping and restaurants at Mercato and two beaches (Del-Nor Wiggins State Park and Vanderbilt Beach). St. Croix is a GATED community and has resort style lifestyle that includes: a clubhouse, fitness center, pickle ball, a community pool and spa, a tennis court, business center, car wash area. TV, Wifi, Cable, Refrigerator, Stove/oven, Microwave, Coffee maker, brand new washer/dryer, brand new AC/ Heater with UV light for clean air - mold free, 2 covered parking spaces. Valet garbage service at your door. Note 90 day minimum rental during season November through April, 30 days rest of year, and condo association approval is needed with up to a 30 day approval process and $150 application fee. Note that rentals less than 6 months incur a Collier County and Florida transient tax surcharge for a total of 12%. Book for 6 months and 1 day to avoid this. Note this is a second floor unit with stairs - no elevator.
