The outdoor living area includes a large pool, hot tub, dinning area, living space with large outdoor TV, lounge chairs, fresh turf, and a beautiful fire pit. The large covered patio is equipped with pull down shades to let in or out as much light and Arizona heat as you'd like. There's also corn hole, a bar and dining tables

Beautifully remodeled large 4 bedroom home in the heart of Scottsdale. You have everything you could need, three coffee makers, a pool, hot tub, indoor and outdoor dining tables, three large TV’s with all viewing apps installed, fire pit, lounge chairs near pools, garage, grill, high ceilings, ceiling fans and more!
Other things to note
The regular trash bin gets collected on Monday morning and the recycle bin on Friday morning. It’s best to get them out to the street the night before.

The property is a brand new remodeled home with all of the amenities you could ever want. It is close to Old town, the airport, Talking Stick and Casino Arizona casinos, and right of the 101 freeway which has access to everything in the area.
