I've owned this home since 2017 and loved every minute of it. When the baby came we decided to go somewhere a little more quiet and better school district. The house is a perfect location for everything Columbus has to offer - Short North for bars and Food, Ohio Stadium, Convention Center, Fairgrounds. We're basically within 2 miles of Most everything. Crew Games, Baseball Games, Hockey Games.
Why they chose this property
It's the perfect mix of still feeling a bit neighborhoody, but not Campus and not overprices Italian / Victorian Village.
