The Communication from start to finish has been fast and easy. The house is beautiful and clean, we almost forgot to go outside. The area was quiet and peaceful.

This was perfect for our stay for our concert. Everything was clean and the property manager answered any questions i had. I would recommend them putting curtains up in the other 2 bedrooms, but overall it was great.

Big house, loved the pool!

We really enjoyed our stay! The pool was so nice to be able to utilize during the Louisiana heat. The fenced in yard was a huge plus for our pups! The host was extremely responsive, check in and out was easy. We also appreciated the recommendations for restaurants in the area

Specious, nice home!

This home had plenty of room for our family of 6. Any small issues were handled quickly, professionally, and with great communication from the owners. Every thing was clean and just enough kitchen supplies for us to cook all our meals. The location is older but we never felt unsafe in the neighborhood and everyone we met was super friendly.

Family Vacation

We rented this house for a family vacation and for our daughters birthday weekend. I would definitely come back to this place , everything was perfect, everything you need was there . I dint bring any floats for the pool and they had a lot of them in their shed they also had pool towels I mean you name it they have it . I will definitely be back . Thank you for everything you have a beautiful home and back yard .

We loved our stay here :)

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay here so much! The kids loved their rooms, the pool table was a blast for them and for us too (the grown ups) The backyard was perfect for them to run around and have fun. The pool was beautiful and clean. Too bad the weather was still too cold to fully enjoy it. They sure did try (even though they're little toes almost froze) lol The house had everything we could possibly need for our 4 night stay. And if we ever come back to New Orleans this will be the first place I'll look forward to booking. The host was sweet and always super fast to reply back. Thank you for making our Spring Break 23' unforgettable :)

Cousins' Trip in the Big Easy

My adult cousins and I booked this property for a group get-away! It was paradise! The home is large with plenty of space for everyone to have elbow room. It was clean and organized. The master suite boasts a beautiful bathroom and large walk-in closet. The neighborhood was quiet, and that backyard was AMAZING! If we weren't in the French Quarter or eating family dinner in the dining room, we were outside soaking up the sun and swimming in the pool. Everything about the large backyard, from the stunning deck to the soft grass, made our summer stay absolute heaven. We did not want to leave and will definitely visit again! Thank you, Jamie, for being such an attentive host and for sharing your home with us! You made our trip one to remember. Book now; you won't be disappointed! The value is unbeatable!

Overall the stay was super sketchy. The area is very bad. Most Lyft/Uber drivers told us they avoid that area. The house was very dirty. The slide closet doors were falling off the hinges. You need to be careful on the pool deck, most of the boards are falling apart. There were live cockroaches in the house. The air vents were very dirty. Under the furniture hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. We did not have enough towels/sheets and the cleaning service had to come and unlock another room and drop off towels at 8pm. The flooring is cracked and missing in some areas, you have to be careful. It was ok for a weekend, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you absolutely have to. If visiting in the future, we will not be staying in this area.

Seabrook Escape

This was my second booking at the Seabrook House; I brought my husband, two adult sons, and my daughter-in-law, and they all were very pleased! There is soooo much space. After forced family fun for three days straight, it was nice to have a place which allowed everyone to retreat for some rest and privacy during the final days of our vacation. From quick communication and simple check-in to ensuring that the home is clean and relaxing and that guests have everything they need, Jamie is a stellar host. The pool and yard are spectacular, but the dining table has to be my favorite part of the home. It is made for family to gather around and break bread together. Since I stayed here last summer, a pool table has been added to the home! It was a hit! This home is situated about 10 minutes or so from the Quarter in a very quiet neighborhood. The ease of parking in the private driveway is a bonus and saves a ton of money on parking, especially if your group is traveling in multiple cars! Don't hesitate to snag this Seabrook Escape! Book early as your dates will fill up!

Not Impressed

We were excited to get to the house and relax but upon arriving we found that was not going to be the case. We were not allowed to use the recliners on the couch due to previous guests and as I am still recovering for acl surgery not being able to use the recliners was very inconvenient. The pool table we very inviting but the pool cues are as crooked as Nancy Pelosi. The linens we not cleaned, though the owner said they had just changed cleaning services and that they would deal with it. As far as location, when booking I thought it was in a good location. After getting there and using Uber and Lyft we found out it was not the best. In fact several of our drivers indicated we needed to be careful as that side of town was pretty rough. In conclusion, if you decide to stay here do not expect to be able to recline after a long day of exploring. Make sure to bring your own pool cues if you want to play pool. Double check to make sure all linens are clean.
