Take it easy at this tranquil and one-of-a-kind getaway. This private studio sits above a garage in a secluded setting, surrounded by peaceful conservation land with open pasture and distant ocean views—perfect for catching beautiful sunrises.
During the summer months, unwind in the heated saltwater pool and spa. The poolside patio, complete with a grill and comfortable seating area, is available year-round for your enjoyment.
The studio features a Queen bed, a sleeper sofa (sleeps one adult or two children), a TV, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, and a full bathroom. Step out onto the private deck overlooking serene conservation land. A Pack ‘n Play is available upon request.
Explore nearby hiking trails, bike paths, and beach walks. The beach is just one mile away—a scenic walk or a quick drive with no traffic—and offers some of the best surf on the island!
The pool is open from mid-May through early October. Pool use is semi-private, with fully private access available upon request and subject to availability.

I’ve lived on the island for over 20 years and can answer any questions you might have during your stay. I occupy the main house with my two school aged kids. My goal is to ensure your stay is as conformable and enjoyable as possible.
