The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you need and has a beautiful large breakfast bar that seats 6 people. Fireplace not usable (Complex rules)
Living Room
The living room features a sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, and sliding glass door that opens to the balcony overlooking the lake.
Master Suite
The Master Suite features a queen-sized bed, flat screen TV, dresser, and sliding glass doors that open up to the balcony overlooking the lake. The master bath has a single vanity sink and a tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom features a queen bed, dresser, and flat screen TV.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom also features a single vanity sink and tub/shower combo.
Outside
This unit is on the top floor of a 3-story building, so the views are beautiful! The balcony features a gorgeous glass top patio dining set with plenty of room for the whole family, a gas BBQ grill, and of course amazing views of the beautiful main channel.
Dock
This unit has a 10x24 boat slip available for an extra fee per night. Boat rentals nearby!
**There is no trailer parking on site.
**MAKE SURE TO STOP AT THE OFFICE AND GRAB A PARKING PASS. The double doors on the office are always open and have blank parking passes inside. The complex enforces parking passes and will tow your car.
Neighborhood Description
This unit is within walking distance of Four Seasons Café and Convenient store. Southwood Shores Condos are conveniently located off Horseshoe Bend, just a few minutes from all the events and excitement on the Bagnell Dam Strip, and central to tons of amazing lakeside bars and restaurants.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
