Iāve lived in Arizona for several years and have come to appreciate all the unique and diverse experiences it has to offer. I'm an avid hiker, amateur photographer, engineer, and bookworm. Traveling has always been a passion for me and Iām happy to help guide fellow travelers on their own journeys whenever I can.
Why they chose this property
This friendly neighborhood is near the I-10 freeway and within walking distance to Safeway, Starbucks, Walgreens, Anytime Fitness Gym, Subway, Wells Fargo, and many other business establishments. It's also a short stroll to a couple of public SunTran bus stops along Silverbell and Grant.
Nearby is a small community playground along with pull-up bars and dip stations. There is a bike path that runs north along Silverbell Rd thatās perfect for bike rides or morning jogs.
Please adhere to our neighborhood quiet hours between 10pm to 7am.
