Little bit of Paradise

We totally enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Love the pool and the lani was huge. Having a fenced in yard was great for our dogs. Our host was very easy to communicate with and answered all our questions promptly. I would highly recommend this place and hope to return again sometime. Thank you.

Christmas Break

Out stay was quiet, and close to everything. The kitchen is well stocked with any cooking material you could need. The front area when you walk in is cozy to sit and read or have your morning coffee. Large, screened area around the pool makes it nice to extra sitting. Great communication between owner for any questions.

Great Times

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was well stocked. Plenty of beach towels. Pool was amazing. The Lani was very spacious and comfortable. We spent most of our time out on the Lani. I would recommend this pace to my friends and family.

Not lovely

It could be cute if they put a little money into it. The pics on Vrbo are not what it looks like . Missing shutters downspouts and a utility trailer sitting outside of lanai which blocks view. Grill was greasy and we couldn’t get lit handyman had to come over and clean burners dirty and rusty. No propane in one tank the other was almost empty. We were told to clean it ourselves and get propane ourselves. The pool wasn’t cleaned for two weeks we were there 3! Dog hair all over the lanai. I don’t go on vacation to clean. Window in main bedroom broke can’t close crank is broken. Dryer doesn’t dry takes 2 hours to dry 4 towels. The owner doesn’t seem to care. He told me there were wipes to use. Always had an excuse. He said we should stay with a super host next time. We’ve used non super hosts before. He said he’s still fighting with insurance since hurricane. I’m sure that is true but he could reinvest some of the money he makes on this rental. Get a different cleaning crew. If it rains water doesn’t drain off lanai so it gets stinky and stagnate. Only pros is he does keep well stocked and towels are nice.
