Our stay

Our stay was great. The house is adorable, instructions easy to understand and host was easy to contact. The only small bits of information I'll say were a small inconvenience were water pressure for the shower and the house being on a very busy street. Beyond that it was a very cozy stay. We would definitely rent again if in the area.

Visit Pasadena

The VRBO property was close to Pasadena. It was perfect for our visit. It was clean and very comfortable. James had fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. We will definitely book the property again next time we visit

Cozy and Comfortable

James allowed us to get in to the house an hour early. This remodeled home provided us a clean and cozy space for my husband, my momand myself. Communication with the host was effortless. He really couldn’t do enough for us! And the beautiful city of Pasadena was a bonus.

Everything about this property and location was wonderful, it was a very clean and nice house with a well equipped kitchen. Walking distance to both restaurants and grocery stores, and overall good neighborhood. My family and I would definitely come back again!

Great for visiting Santa Anita Racetrack

Nice comfortable accommodation. Used as a base for Santa Anita, Disney and Universal. Good communication with host. Close to Old Passenda which is great for bars and restaurants. Can’t fault the accommodation had everything needed with lovely comfortable beds.

Our stay here was wonderful. The unit was clean and ready on time. It contained everything we needed. When we come back to Pasadena we’ll definitely look for this property!

Cute and Comfortable!

We really enjoyed our time at this place. It was perfect for our needs. It had all the amenities that we needed, the bed was comfortable and it was nicely decorated. James was very communicative and responded right away if I had any questions. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Pasadena. Highly recommend!

Very Quiet and Cozy

We very much enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean, cozy, quiet, and her host was very friendly. He made sure that we have everything that we needed, that we got into our place okay, asked us if we needed anything and gave us recommendations to all of his favorite places to enjoy while we're here. I will definitely come back next year if it is available. James is a super host! Thank you again!

Quick stay after Rose Bowl

Fit the bill for our group! James kindly let us park there before check in and the cleaning person let use the bathroom before we went to the game as well. Very nice.

Safe, Quiet and Convenient!

I travelled to LA with my mom and her friend who are older ladies that are very particular and we enjoyed our stay here. Location is easy to hop on the freeways and it was very quiet and safe. They really liked how clean the kitchen was (there were plenty of clean utensils, plates, bowls and pots to use) and we loved the fact that parking was in the backyard area so it felt very safe to go in and out. Host was super accommodating and communicative. We would love to stay here again when we come back to LA. Thank you!

Exactly what we needed

This place was exactly what we needed for our vacation. Perfect location, plenty of space in each bedroom, perfect AC/fan control (slept comfortably), comfy beds and large kitchen! Parking was challenging only because I’m not used to such a tight driveway and angles to get out. It was not uncommon in the area though, so not a dig on this location at all! Would have loved a larger kitchen table for cards and games with family, but we made it work! Will definitely stay again if I’m in the area!!

Great location

I recently stayed here with my husband and 1 year old. This location is super clean and comfortable, a lot of stores and restaurants locally. The only thing is we stayed on the first floor unit, so during our first night there was a larger party of guests upstairs and you can hear basically everything going on while they were awake. But other than that it was a nice home and very clean and I do recommend.
