Our cozy apartment Exclusive is located in the 2nd Floor of our farm - entire floor .. Cozy living room with cable TV, balcony, large kitchen with seating area, dishwasher and beautiful view to the Kitzbüheler Horn, spacious shower, double sink, extra toilet and 2 separate bedrooms ..
Welcome to our sunny hill (= Sunnbichl), enjoy wonderful days on our organic farm Wolfseggstall and the Pension Sunnbichl, warm welcome with a home-made schnapps, very quiet, forest and meadows are our neighbors; Relax in our adventure sauna - now also in our infrared cabin and for free, on the sun terrace to welcome the day - in the summer outside with the good farm breakfast; the delicious dinner - prepared by the chef Georg personally with love - with home-made products - is available for EUR 14, - / adult / day and for children around 11, - / day - also possible on a daily basis, petting zoo for children - Pony Flori, Rabbits, guinea pigs, cats, cows, calves, pigs, free-roaming chickens, Indian barbecue and who dares can spend the night in the hay!Internet connection
