This home is located in a very safe family oriented area in the suburbs! Plenty of family based attractions near by such as Garden of the Gods, cave of the winds, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, royal gorge, Down Town, Broadmoor, Old Colorado City, Pikes Peak & National Forest to ATV/Hike out in the Wilderness! Looking for a bit more adventure?

We also own an ATV Dirt Bike Rental company if you want to experience trail riding! please contact us for discounted rates and availability. This is a separate business from VRBO that we own and include as an experience.

KEY FEATURES:

✪ Great family friendly atmosphere, safe neighborhood with private back yard that is fenced in. We are not located in the country.
✪1 King Bed, 2 Queen Beds, 2 Twin Beds, 1 Queen Sofa bed.
✪Full house AC and Heater- please contact if you need help with nest thermostat, have questions. Instructions will be in house rules.
✪Incredibly Close to shops, Walmart, restaurants - lively area!
✪Neighborhood family friendly hiking trail near our back yard!

The two bedrooms downstairs do not have doors, which allows cooler temperatures during summer months. We have a total of 4 bedrooms., split between 2 floors. There will be a total of 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, 2 Twin beds, and a sofa bed (upstairs). We have box fans in closets!

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆
We have 2 full bathrooms. Downstairs, we have an amazing beautiful fully remodeled bathroom with subway tiles and a glass shower, yet upstairs, we decided to keep the tub.

☆☆ LIVING ROOM☆☆
We also have 2 cozy "living room" spaces; one upstairs and one downstairs.

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
The backyard is fully fenced. Smoking is not permitted.
We have a firepit outside.

Loved this house!!!

This is an adorable house with plenty of room for the five of us and very conveniently located for all of the touristy activities we did. The house is very clean, in a great neighborhood and exactly as advertised! Would DEFINITELY stay here again!!

Wonderful, sparkling home

Perfect location

We chose this property due to the central location and layout. It was better than expected. We loved the basement master suite and the place was very well maintained.

Clean and convenient

The property is located in an established quiet neighborhood and yet convenient to shopping and restaurants. It was clean, homey and just 11 minutes to our grandchildren It had everything a visitor could want from kitchen items to hair dryers. Tatiana responded within minutes to our questions. We would highly recommend this property to future vacationers!

The communication from start to end was excellent, we traveled from Houston and have no complaints from our host. This home was perfect for our family of 10 people, very clean and had everything we needed. The ATV ride was the best part of our trip, very budget friendly. We definitely will be coming back for vacation and will book with them again.

Great price - nice location.

Hosts were great and close drive to see lots of things. Great communication and house was nice and clean.our bed wasn’t super comfortable but I have rarely experienced that anywhere even in higher end hotels. The price point is close enough to a hotel that it well worth it. If you are spending most of your time at the house could use a little more. For us we just slept there and having more beds and bathrooms along with washer and dryer makes it well worth it. You won’t go wrong staying here. The trees are really beautiful in the neighborhood. Hosts AAA+++. Phil 4:13.

Why they chose this property

You will be staying in a very lively area with top restaurants, shops and attractions near by. The cozy home is in the suburbs of Colorado Springs, and is extremely safe with kids around. Powers Highway is considered where most shops and restaurants are and it is extremely convenient to get around. We have many Parks and Hiking trails near by, and a small hiking trail right in our back yard. We are very close to many popular attractions, yet, powers highway is incredibly close cutting your driving time if you want to see the more distant attractions such as, Royal Gorge, Mt Evans, Denver, Etc.

What makes this property unique

This is our old home that we renovated with our two bare hands! So we gave it a special touch! Please keep in mind that we are not professionals, and the home isn't perfect. Enjoy this special home covered in beautiful LVP flooring! The home has 2 floors plus a garage. 1000 sq ft top floor, and 1000 sq ft bottom floor. It has 2 Cozy living rooms/lounge area and a small bar top downstairs that we made ourselves!
