Space for 1 vehicle in communal garage. Any additional vehicles can park in the North Alpine Lot for an additional charge in the winter, summer is free.

Besides the nice sized living area with wonderful stone fireplace there is a glassed in balcony. The living room also has a queen sofa sleeper and a wine cooler. This end unit is very quiet and easy to access from the elevator or stairs. Included are WiFi and cable TV, with shared amenities that include a large hot tub and sauna with adjoining shower/toilet facilities, laundry facilities and ski lockers. Great unit and location ... a couple of mismatches...
Really great unit and very convenient for skiing. We have been in other unit in that same building and this one was quite nice. I missed the description that indicated the only TV service was NetFlix, so that was a surprise. Also the main bed was way too soft for both of us. Very difficult to sleep on. Was basically foam with no support. Otherwise, garage parking, ski locker on main level, well stocked unit (e.g., humidifiers) added to the pluses.
Great for the price - but leaves something to be desired
Overall is a good location for a good price, but the actually quality of the units and accommodations left a little to be desired. Pull out couch was missing a ton of springs that hold the support up leaving little support for a single adult - let alone two. Additionally, the mattress appeared to have dog hair on it. Only 5 towels were equipped for a room rental that was supposed to sleep 4 people - though more towels were brought upon request. The parking garage is very convenient, but was difficult to locate. Drove by it 3 times before seeing someone pull out of it making us aware of its location. The map brings you right to it/past it and it's definitely not super obvious from the street - nor are there signs. I might consider staying here again, but would definitely opt for a two bedroom unit instead of relying on the pull out.

Had a great weekend at the Courage Classic. The condo was a perfect size for our family, was clean, and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!
We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment is very clean and has everything needed. Kitchen is well equipped, and we got to enjoy couple of dinners in privacy :). Very close to the ski slopes and centrally located. We had a great communication with management, they provided us extra supplies when needed. Indoor parking was a major plus. The only problem we had was the elevator - which was not working when we checked out, and was quite a hassle to move with all the baggages and the 2 dogs, but I know somebody was on their way to fix it, so this was our poor luck and nobody’s fault. We would definitely come back! Our 2 dogs also say thank you for welcoming them! It’s hard to find a combination of pet friendly/close to ski/clean and well priced rental properties in such a beautiful place!
The property is in great shape. The kitchen was well-equipped with cooking utensils and appliances. This unit had a boot dryer that worked great. The lower kitchen cabinets could use a good scrubbing but other than that the unit was great shape and very clean.
The building has underground parking which was very nice. I drive a large truck and was always able to find a space large enough for it to fit into. At the time we stayed only one of the two elevators was working and that elevator was extremely slow. The community laundry room on the first floor was nice.
The check in process went fine, however, nobody communicated to us that there was NO working elevator. We were on the 3rd floor with lots of luggage. One of us has back problems. The lack of communication/warning was disappointing.
One of the days the electricity was out for over 4 hours, once back on, we had NO hot water for over 24 hours. We called in the morning, and heard nothing back as to when it would be fixed.
Overall the accommodation was fine: clean, comfortable, lots of light, perfect location. However a few things made our stay less than 5 stars. 1. We were without an internet connection for the first two of our three day stay. 2. The garbage disposal was broken and there were old egg shells down the sink. 3. One of the upper cabinet doors in the kitchen was hanging off its hinges. 4. The inside of the kitchen cabinets could use a good cleaning. They have a very musty smell.
Overall was a nice, cozy condo. Kitchen cabinets could use updating, they were hard to open and then they wouldn’t close easily. Lots of cooking supplies, made it easy to prepare dinner instead of having to go out. Comfortable bed and great location to slopes and restaurants. Really appreciated that this was a pet friendly condo. It did have a strange smell upon entering near kitchen, like cat urine. We either got used to it or it eventually was less strong. Could use some overall updating of kitchen and living area. Looks like the owners were working on updates since bathroom area and bedroom seemed more updated. Great wine refrigerator and bar area. Only one elevator was working during our stay. No notice posted nor seemed that anyone was working to get it fixed. We ended up using stairs more which was good for getting our steps in. Would stay here again if available.
I liked the layout of the unit and it's proximity to the lifts. Also being dog friendly was a big plus.
We did have some problems however. The previous guests weren't properly checked out, as a consequence the system wouldn't allow us to register our vehicle in the system. This was bad enough but someone also put a permanent sticker on our window saying we were in violation of the parking policy. It took me about 15 minutes to get it scraped off after I got home.
We had a week's worth of luggage and ski equipment we had to walk down 4 flights of stairs to get to the garage because the elevator was not working on the morning of our departure.
Had to call when we arrived to get the TV working. Had to call to get the refrigerator fixed because it stopped working midway through out stay. one day of our stay we couldn't use the hot tub because the motor needed to be repaired.
All and All I didn't hate it but I'm not hard to please. Fix the elevator and you'd eliminate a lot of aggravation. Also lose those permanent stickers, they're very annoying especially when it's not the guest's fault.
