The NON SMOKING duplex holiday apartment is located in the left half of a semi-detached house, and has a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea, ...

The apartment has 2 rooms and is located on the 1st and 2nd OG of the house. It has a size of approx. 60 m².
In the 1. Upstairs is a bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm). Furthermore, a bathroom with shower and toilet and washing machine. The fully equipped kitchen with oven, 4-plate stove, dishwasher and a large enough dining table is also here.
2nd floor: A combined living-bedroom with Murphy bed in the attic (accessible via a spiral staircase from the kitchen). Panoramic window with lake view and wide seat window sill. This room is not lockable, thus open to the kitchen.
Please note that bed linen and towels have to be brought along.
On the property is a patio for this apartment and parking.
