Proudly managed by Okanagan Vacation Properties, enjoy elevated living on the 22nd floor with breathtaking panoramic lake views all day and night. Located directly facing the Kelowna Downtown Marina and Kelowna Yacht Club, you can sit out on the large deck facing the lake and take in all the action.
The open concept living/dining/kitchen host a large, sectional sleeper sofa, 58" flatscreen smart TV with TELUS OPTIK Cable, a large comfortable dining table seating 6, and a designer kitchen with quartz counters, glass cooktop, french door fridge/freezer with ice maker and Nespresso coffee maker. There is even a small, private den with a queen futon/sofa bed.
The large master bedroom overlooks the lake and features a luxurious King hybrid bed, built-in closets with full length mirrors, and a private ensuite with his/her sinks and large walk-in shower. When it's time to sleep, blackout roller blinds in every room will help you keep out the sun until morning.
The second bedroom also features built-in closets, a view of the lake, a luxurious Queen hybrid bed and lamps with plugs for charging your devices. There is even direct access to the second bath.
Located on the edge of Bernard Avenue, this exciting downtown district closes the street to traffic from July 1 - September 1 and offers an exciting walkable streetscape full of outdoor patios and shopping. Just a couple blocks down Bernard, past all the boutique restaurants, coffee shops and shopping, you will find Kelowna's City Park with beachfront and marina where you can spend your days swimming and sun tanning on Okanagan Lake or renting watersports such as wakesurf and pontoon boats, paddleboards and parasailing. There is also Kelowna Cruises, offering different Lake Tours including dining and sunset options, and the BBQ Boats for a fun day of BBQ on the water.
All around Kelowna's city streets you will find public e-scooters and e-bikes to rent and go for a ride.
