About this property

Our apartment is located on the ground floor. A living-bedroom (with fold-away bed 1.60 x 2) with open kitchen, a bedroom with bunk beds (0.80 x 2 m) and sofa bed, and a bathroom with toilet and bath. In addition to a dining area completes a comfortable kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, oven and fridge, the wonderful apartment. A large terrace with south exposure and a large garden is available for your own use.

Mindestanforderungen erfüllt

Der Titel fasst meine Gesamtbewertung des Objekts gut zusammen. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage und ist voll ausgestattet. Selbst Grillen wäre ohne zusätzlichen Einkauf möglich gewesen. Der Grill allerdings ist wohl die letzten Jahre nicht gereinigt worden. Qualität der Einrichtung nach Schulnoten 3-4 und entspricht dem Mietpreis. Das Haus mit mehreren Wohnungen ist insgesamt sehr hellhörig. Bei aktiven Nachbarn könnte das zu Problemen führen. Für den nächtlichen Aufenthalt vollkommen ausreichend, für Jemanden der zur Ruhe kommen möchte ungeeignet.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Wir waren letzte Woche 6 Tage in dieser Ferienwohnung und haben alles in bester Ordnung vorgefunden. Die Wohnung war vor allem schön kühl, was bei den heißen Temperaturen ein Segen war. Der Parkplatz vor der Tür ist natürlich auch toll- Einzig die Kopfkissen vor Ort waren etwas nervig, da total platt : ). Aber das ging auch schon mal für die paar Tage. Das nächste Mal würde ich allerdings unseren eigenen Mitnehmen. Wir würden das Objekt auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Fam. Schulz
