Full kitchen, washer and dryer, park style charcoal grill, cable TV and VCR, phone, covered porch, split bedroom plan (perfect for two couples or a couple with children). There is also a queen size air mattress included if there isn't quite enough sleeping space! This home is located literally steps to the ocean. Located less than a mile before St. Joseph State Park and has access to St. Joe Bay via a natural path on the bay side of the subdivision. Yes, this home has it all and is priced to stay within your budget!
New wood burning Firepit with Acacia Adirondack Chairs with attached foot rests. Also SS grill to cook over wood fire
This home comes with everything you should need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. We also provide an initial supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry, dish and bath soap.
