The home was specially designed to have an ultra-spacious, open-concept living area that connects the kitchen, dining area, entertainment area and backyard. The open interior highlights a large NanaWall that allows the interior and exterior to become one big open space. There are 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms and a private backyard with an incredible pool & cabana. We have everything our guests will need to have the perfect Phoenix vacation!

Nestled north of the city center of Phoenix and east of Glendale, this home is in the neighborhood of Alhambra. It is situated in a safe and central valley area. It is also conveniently located at 25 minutes or less from virtually everything exciting in the Phoenix area!
The neighborhood and nearby area is most easily navigated via car. There are ride-sharing apps like Uber / Lyft in the area as well. Alhambra has numerous Valley Metro bus stops and various light rail stations. Commonly used stations are at 7th Avenue and Indian School and 7th Avenue and Camelback.
