Pleasant but not as accurate as described on Vrbo, not as clean, only 1 Tv, main refrigerator did not work at all we had to buy coolers to keep food fresh, no linens in the house at all, but overall nice house, yard wasn’t trimmed or grass cut, but we made the best out of it, Martin was nice over the phone but I feel he should’ve try to make it more accommodating for us

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!!!!! THE ABSOLUTE WORST - VRBO SHOULD BE ASHAMED

I wish I had a book because it would take that much to explain the horrible conditions of this house. I can't believe we had to endure this and the owner assured me before booking that the problems that were provided as feedback had been resolved. LIES LIES LIES!!!! In order of importance. 1. Roaches, crawling around and all over. UNACCEPTABLE IN ALL MANNER. All sizes, which means they have been there for a long time. 2. No running water for approximately 4 hours on the check-in date. We could not wash our hands, use the bathrooms (no flushing), or shower. Struggled with the owner to get water on and explain the horrible conditions of the house. 3. Uncleanliness of the entire house. Mold in the downstairs shower and roaches. Other bugs in the bedrooms downstairs. The refrigerator had not been cleaned. No excuses would support why this would have been the case. 4. Owner contact and response were absent. 5. Kitchen amenities and equipment were outdated or just not there. You could find better pots/pans/dishes at a Thrift store and there were no utensils. We used plastic instead and paper products. Anything we used, we cleaned prior to use because of the roaches and the uncleanliness. 6. Not enough towels and no washcloths at all. They were dingy as well. 7. Broken cabinet still in the drawer from previous review.

The house was beautiful but the living room was cold and had a lot of roaches especially in the kitchen Lighting was poor refrigerator was dirty air fryer in bottom kitchen was nasty

Beautiful estate

Martin has such a beautiful estate. With a few updates so things can function right I think this would be a perfect place to stay when you visit Atlanta. There are 3 extra bedrooms in the “garage”. We couldn’t find them until the second day we stayed there Hahaha. The hot water for the shower comes in and out sometimes. Nonetheless, whenever we have a question, Martin is very responsive. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place!

Great location, beautiful house

It's was easy, simple, great location. Some small problems, like broken fridge handle Bed not put together properly But other than that great experience I highly recommend and will book to rent again👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Beautiful and spacious home

Overall this was a great home. The yard is in need of landscaping and the cleaning crew did not do such a good job. Once we got there and cleaned, everything was great and the group was satisfied.
