Spend an idyllic vacation in this Lovely Beachfront 2BR/2BA condo! This beautiful, relaxing property is located in the Gated Community of South Seas, situated on the Beautiful White Sandy Beaches of Marco Island and only steps away from Tigertail Beach!
This condo offers a modern, coastal, decor with all the comfort-enhancing features like cold air-conditioning, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, and all of your beach essentials including beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, cooler, and beach buggy. Check out the new fitness center that has just been added to the building.
The Master Suite has a Rize adjustable King Bed, dual sinks, and a large closet. The Guest Room is fitted with two twin beds and a closet. Both bedrooms feature new furniture and include access to a large private balcony, perfect for relaxing outside and enjoying the gorgeous sunset views over Tigertail Beach.
South Seas Community Amenities include a Heated Resort-Style Pool, Pickleball/Tennis Courts, and Fitness Center. Boat Docks are available for rent and there is plenty of covered, secure parking.
*All renters will be sent a Lease to sign from Sun King Vacation Rentals*
*Association charges $55/monthly for registration/parking fee. This may change per the association.
