Holiday home for 4 guests with 70m² in Prerow (95722)
Welcome to the Dwargenhus Prerow. Tranquil and optimally suitable for 3 or max 4 persons in a living area of approx. 70m² in Darßer style.
Cozy and high quality furnishings: this is our holiday home.
The house is 70 square meters and can accommodate up to 4 guests. The property was completely renovated from scratch in 2017 and furnished with great attention to detail including. Fireplace.
IMPORTANT INFO: It is anticipated that from August until around mid-January, road works will be expected in front of the house.
The environment:
The seaside resort Prerow is located on the peninsula Fischland-Darß-Zingst. The 5 km long and up to 100 m wide, fine sandy beach is considered the most beautiful of the German Baltic Sea coast. In the Vorpommersche Bodenlandschaft National Park, surrounded by the Darßer Jungle, the Baltic Sea and the Bodenlandschaft Prerow is surrounded by true natural wonders that fascinate in every season. After a trip to nature, it is great to relax by the fireplace, especially in winter, and let the day fade away.

Life in the old Darßer style under a thatched roof (thatched roof), but with all the amenities of a modern accommodation. Great bathroom with lots of charm, modern country kitchen, cozy courtyard and parking at the house.
