-Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, spacious and comfortable, with natural light filling the room. Only bedroom with no TV (on first level of home).
-Bedroom 3: 4 Twin Beds (2 bunk beds), ideal for children or friends to enjoy bunk-style fun and storytelling after a day on the lake. Smart TV with Roku available for use.
-Bedroom 4: Queen Bed, perfect for a restful night’s sleep after a day full of lake adventures. Smart TV with Roku available for use.

– Pet friendly with a $75 per pet fee (2 max)

– Must be at least 25 years old to book

– Photo ID may be required upon check-in
– Minut Noise detectors are installed inside and the outside the property due to this being a residential neighborhood. If noise levels are above 80 decibels for more than 10 consecutive minutes the guest will be in violation of our house rules and could be asked to vacate the property
– NOTE: This property requires stairs to access and 3 out of 4 bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor which requires additional stairs to access
– NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is a Ring doorbell located next to the front door facing out towards the front entry area and 2 cameras are located on the garage and back deck facing out towards the back of the property and the beach. These cameras do not look into any interior spaces. These cameras record sound and video when activated by motion and will be on during your stay
– NOTE: This property features 2 noise monitors, one inside and one outside the home. These devices do not record sound (or video), they only monitor noise levels
