Our fantastic apartment is located just a few steps from the lake. To the center or the beach is only 300 meters.
The apartment is exclusively furnished and has a lift directly into the apartment.
On the balcony you have a wonderful view of Lake Constance and the Alps. The apartment also has a modern fitted kitchen and a large living and dining area. A car parking space and lockable Fahrradabstellmöglickeiten also belong to the apartment

Super Lage der Ferienwohnung

Alles super bis auf Kleinigkeiten wie fehlender Staubsaugerbeutel, Klarspüler und Salz für die Geschirrspülmaschine. Steckdose für das laden meines E Autos konnte ich einmal nutzen dann wurde die Zufahrt von anderen Fahrzeugen blockiert.

Einfach perfekt

Super schöne und saubere Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick. Die Lage ist super, alles wichtige in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr gerne wieder :) und super freundlicher Kontakt zu den Vermietern.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Für zwei Pärchen eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Gute Aufteilung, sehr gute Ausstattung, toppp Lage. Zu der Wohnung gehört leider nur ein Parkplatz. Es wurde uns ein Parkplatz von einer netten Hausbewohnerin überlassen. Würden die Wohnung wieder mieten.

Familienurlaub mit erwachsenen Kindern

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut für 4 Personen geeignet (zwei Schlafzimmer u. zwei Bäder). Die Ausstattung lässt keinen Wunsch offen. Immenstaad ist als Ausgangspunkt für viele Urlaubsaktivitäten super geeignet.

Sehr schöne Woche am Bodensee

Immenstaad ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge, Ausflüge mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad und Wanderungen. Der Ort ist nicht so überlaufen. Supermarkt, Bäckerei und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung und die Lage des Hauses sind top. Mit dem Kopfkissen kam ich nicht zurecht, aber da ist ja jeder anders. Mehr Leselampen wären schön. Auf jeden Fall kommen wir sehr gerne wieder.

Großzügige Wohnung in guter Lage

Was es in dieser Wohnung nicht gibt, ist der perfekte Seeblick; der See ist zwar sehr nah, aber das Haus steht in zweiter Reihe. Wenn das nicht stört, bekommt man die perfekte Wohnung für einen aktiven Urlaub für ein bis zwei Paare. Viel Platz, 2 Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer. Fahrradgarage und Abstellplatz groß und unmittelbar vor dem Haus. Aufzug bis in die Wohnung. Gut funktionierendes W-LAN. Und dann noch die perfekte Lage in Immenstaad: schnell am Schiffsanleger oder im "Zentrum", Strandbad um die Ecke. Und mit dem Fahrrad schnell in Friedrichshaften oder Meersburg (je ca. 10 km). Wir waren in den beiden letzten Septemberwochen als Paar hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kommen gerne wieder, zumal auch Austausch mit Vermieterin immer sehr schnell und freundlich.

Wandern am Bodensee

Als Startpunkt für Wanderungen ist diese Ferienwohnung ideal durch die Zentrale Lage und Bus- und Schiffsverbindung. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gemütlich und ausreichend. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir waren 3 Personen und haben genossen dass zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer und Sanitäranlagen vorhanden waren, so hatte jede Partei sein eigenes Reich.

Perfektes Apartment

Die Wohnung ist perfekt für zwei Paare, mit dem gemeinsamen Wohnbereich und. den getrennten Schlaf- bzw. Badezimmern! Auch die Lage hat uns gut gefallen, ruhig und doch alles was man braucht!

Mediterrane Aussicht in großzügiger DG-Wohnung

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, alles sauber, funktional und geschmackvoll. Die Lage ist günstig zwischen Anleger, einkaufen, Schwimmbad und Rewe Markt. Fahrradverleih fußläufig zu erreichen. Gerne wieder!

Schöne lichtdurchflutete Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Alles zu Fuß wunderbar zu erreichen. Die Bilder und Angaben zur Wohnung mit Ausstattung entspricht der Beschreibung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Tolle Wohnung!

Top Ferienwohnung, sehr freundlicher Vermieter und klasse Betreuung vor Ort

Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss, ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter hat sehr kurzfristig auf alle Anfragen geantwortet und war sehr entgegenkommend. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr flexibel und kundenorientiert. Jederzeit wieder!

komfortable ruhige Wohnung in schöner Lage

Alle Fenster sind mit Fliegengitter ausgestattet, im Sommer am See sehr sinnvoll. Fahrstuhl bis in die Wohnung. Gute Raumaufteilung. Bei der automatischen Jalousiesteuerung muss man aber aufpassen, nicht auf dem Balkon ausgesperrt zu werden. Eine zusätzliche Markise auf dem Balkon war jetzt im Sommer bei der Hitze sehr sinnvoll.

Schöne Wohnung mit eingeschränkten Seeblick

Moderne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit großem Wohn- und Küchenbereich. Sehr hell und freundlich mit eigenem Parkplatz und Fahrradgarage ,aber mit doch stark eingeschränkten Seeblick durch Häuser und Bäume. Insgesamt aber sehr zu empfehlen.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in top Lage

Zwei Wochen Entspannung…

Die Wohnung war sauber und wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich sehr gut und gepflegt. Leider wachsen die Bäume immer weiter vor den Blick auf den Bodensee… aber das ist nunmal die Natur der Sache! Ich kann die Wohnung absolut weiterempfehlen! VG
