Pictures are outdated. Place was run down and not super clean. Had bear minimum in kitchen and bathrooms. All communications were automated emails. Had emailed the “owner’ for a later check out since our son made the final round in his tournament but there was no reply back. Location was good but I would not stay at this cabin again.
The cabin was very nice, spacious, the rooms were set up awesome. Our issues we had were with the internet that went out the day we arrived and wasn’t fixed during our stay. With no internet that meant no tv from Friday till Monday was very hard with ages 3-72. The property manager stopped messaging me after saying he was waiting on a response from IT to fix it. After I messaged VRBO a small refund was issued but I would have rather had tv during our stay. Things happen we would probably rent again if the internet issue is resolved.
We did enjoy our stay. It was good to have 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. Living area and TV was great. Large table seated whole family. Kitchen needed a few more items. Couldn’t find pot holders. Home was a little more dated than pictures seemed. Mattresses were not comfortable. Landscaping was in poor condition and porch was covered in leaves. Just needs a little TLC 😊
This was a nice house and had everything we needed. The location was great and so close to everything but also still has the mountain feel.

We enjoyed the privacy, rustic furnishings, and most of all, comfortable beds.We didn't have time to use the hot tub, as we'd arrived late, and had to leave early, but it looked inviting. Because the driveway was steep, it may be challenging if icy, but no problem when dry.
We stayed here after our previous reservation fell through because of bed bugs. Check in was delayed a couple hours because the previous guests left a mess. But the house was very comfortable. We were very happy with our stay.
We enjoyed the cabin, however we encountered ants and water issues. The owner/ manager did send maintenance for the water issues. Maintenance did say they sprayed the ants and were spraying again, we bought ant traps and sprayed ourselves. Over all we had a good time
It was a great stay! The house was just as advertised and Phil was very welcoming and helpful! Minutes away from a bunch of great food options as well as outlets about 15 minutes away. Would definitely stay again!
Great layout for our family and close enough to everything. Even though we had close neighbors on either side, it felt secluded and was quiet and peaceful. We all loved sitting in the rocking chairs on the large front porch. Phil was quick to respond when needed.
Overall it was a good stay. I didnt realize when i booked that it was so close to the neighbors but that is definitelymy fault. The property owner was quick to respond when we had an issue and did all he could to correct it.
Overall very satisfied with everything cabin did need some attention maintance wise once I spoke with the owner or manager they were very attentive and problems were handled in a timely manaer. Highly recommend.
This property was great for our family. The location is perfect if you want to go to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge or the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Plenty of grocery stores and food nearby also!
Our stay was great! The location was close to everything and had easy driving to and from property! The property could be updated some but otherwise was great!
We had a fantastic stay. The property manager was right on it when the TV didn’t work. Check in was so easy. It was within reasonable distance to everything. We would stay again.

Close to everything
This place is close to everything. A little too close to the main road. Lots of street noise. This is an older property. Not newer like we thought it would be. Listing said "New". The ice maker doesn't work. A little disappointed with the overall appearance inside. Broken blinds, cracked walls, rusted appliances, outdated bathroom & kitchen. Beds slept good. Easy check in & out.
The property was as listed, close enough to everything, yet felt private. The host was communicative. Plenty of room for our family and we really enjoyed our stay!
Phil was a great host. He communicated clearly and effectively. The whole process was smooth and simple.
The cabin was clean with spacious bedrooms and a nice common area.
